The world cycles through happy times and sad times, is this spitting in the wind? (Solomon?)

Hi there, So, just like El Nino and La Nina, there is a pattern of behaviour throughout the world. This pattern, at its peak is greatly shared happiness and at its trough is privately withheld sadness. This is our humanity. The same is true of our relationship with the Lord: sometimes we are...

Who is the AntiChrist? (Identifying Him)

A man with a soft head, confuses many expectations (selah)

Why didn't Lot just leave Sodom when he first found out about their wicked practice?

This is an insightful example of being "in the world, but not of the world" Thanks for bringing it up!

Update: Now a new Iran president must be elected. Look who's throwing his hat in the ring. ex-President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad

From dust we came, to dust we return. It would be a good witness, if we mourned with Iran -as Paul said "weep with those who weep" (letter, from memory).

Scripture says "in His Name, the Gentiles will trust" - what will 'Evolutionist Gentiles' trust in Jesus?

The thing to remember is that Evolution, when it has diminished to nothing, is not "trans-evolution", but "trans-differentiation". "Trans-differentiation" is that in order to survive, a creature will strive to change their typology's interpretation as much as possible; the same is true of...

"There make ready" - does faith in Jesus mean everything is provided for? Or do you still need to bring what He commands together? (free?)

Hi there, So this is a little like a gestalt, where you look at something one way and then you look again and see it another way. The thing I am talking about seeing is the furnished upper room. Jesus said "“Go into the city, and a man carrying a jug of water will meet you. Follow him, and...

will it be a 1000 years rule (revelation). or im missintrupreting it?

I think the "strict" interpretation is that Jesus' rule will be for "at least" a thousand years.

God suffers more with us, than we can suffer on our own - but He does it anyway! (heartfelt?)

Hi there, So it is just out of love that I want to say this: suffering in God, comes at a far higher price, than we pay for on our own. This doesn't deter God, He is happy to share our suffering with us - until we find comfort. That so great a God would come down to our level, and be a part of...

If you love the Church, no matter what: your resurrection will mean to you the most that it can do (hoping?)

Hi there, So, just a simple thought for you to consider: if you love the Church no matter what, your resurrection will mean the most that it can do. In other words, you will have the essence of a perfect life. A perfect life can reach anywhere, do anything, center however it desires. All these...

Prayed & didn't like the answer I received?

I get the feeling that God is saying "Hey! My relationships with some believers is like receiving a note under the door - don't be like that!" You need to get baptised, yes, but the relationship around the baptism(with the Church) is equally important (you have to maintain it, for it to grow)

How Do You Show Love To Believers of Other Denominations?

A favourite saying of mine is "we [the Bride of Christ] all die for the Lord" Something else that helps is to remember "understanding that everyone is right for their own reasons, is a blessed moral stance".

The first thing that God creates (in the womb) is the *Spirit*, then comes the flesh (remember?)

The matter comes before the art, but the art is paramount. The essence precedes, the foundation - once the foundation is grasped.

It is important not to try to take territory from the anti-christ - just as God does not use the chisel to sever the wood from the lathe (center?)

Hi there, So in respect of the anti-christ, what believers typically do is locate some verse in the Bible that says "this is who he is" as if knowing who he is is a defence against him encroaching on the world. The problem comes when we try to inhabit the same world as the anti-christ. If we...

Are you ready for Judgment Day?

Being ready for Judgment Day is about knowing your soul, is safe within your heart, because of your spirit. Cross will clash with sin, Heaven will abound with praise - but he who sets his eyes on God, will not lack anything.

The first thing that God creates (in the womb) is the *Spirit*, then comes the flesh (remember?)

I am trying to understand what God is trying to impart to His Creation. Once created, the flesh needs spirit - but how can God impart that to us, unless it was already within us when God started to create us?

The first thing that God creates (in the womb) is the *Spirit*, then comes the flesh (remember?)

When you paint a painting, it makes sense to say that the "blank canvas" comes first - that is the natural man - but even before the first stroke, the painter has some idea of what the painting will be - that is the spiritual man. I am not saying there is no blank canvas, I am saying God wanted...

Scripture says "in His Name, the Gentiles will trust" - what will 'Evolutionist Gentiles' trust in Jesus?

I'm not sure it will apply to all Evolutions, but certainly some will be swayed by the idea of "acceptance". If we accept that they don't want to be forgiven, and we accept that they want to try to change on their own, then that "acceptance" might end up saving them, in the end. The point is...

The first thing that God creates (in the womb) is the *Spirit*, then comes the flesh (remember?)

Hi there, So we are all children of God, right? And what does that mean, but that we are heirs of spirit? And why? Because we were created as spirit-beings from the very outset and thus understand that all things of God have a spiritual significance. Does this empower us? Yes, but it also...
