Hi there,

So we are all children of God, right? And what does that mean, but that we are heirs of spirit? And why? Because we were created as spirit-beings from the very outset and thus understand that all things of God have a spiritual significance. Does this empower us? Yes, but it also entangles us: because we wrestle with the flesh. The flesh supports the spirit, but only weakly - therefore the weakness of the flesh tries to supplant the spirit, or at least its essence. The point of this? Greater Spirit! Spirit which through exercise can Lord it over the flesh, that despite being weak, it still fufilled the Spirit. And the Spirit wants to be fulfilled!

So why does God make Spirit before flesh? If the Spirit is at the core of our being, all things spiritual will be open to us, right? Added to that is foreknowledge without the flesh, by which the flesh can be steered. Steered and brought to center on the life of the Spirit, in the temple (not made with hands, if you remember the scripture). That is, the flesh when completed, is inset with the temple whose essence is for the Spirit. If the temple is for the Spirit, then the flesh is sacrificed on its altar. If the flesh is sacrificed, then the burden of the Spirit is released! Thus the soul flourishes and desires the things of the Spirit within it and so justifies the sacrifice in mercy. But is there spiritual power?

Spiritual power, comes from the Holy Spirit. When we see that our soul prospers well, in the fear of God, the Holy Spirit comes alongside to show that the Spirit of God may indeed indwell the spirit within the temple within the man. We are set free to serve God, even before we know what end the Spirit within us is taking. And we have this assurance, that just as it was for life in Christ's resurrection, so it will be for life in ours (our resurrection). So the Spirit is enlarged actually, such that even our temple within can't contain it and we being to do great an miraculous things, just as Jesus did. And we know that these things must have been prepared by God, knowing that our spirit would overcome. So how do we govern ourselves?

The answer of the tongue, in the body of so great a Spirit, is in fact the nuance of this relationship to God who - when dwelling in us - longs to hear the words of our love working between us and Him. He can empower us, but better to empower us in a relationship of love, than with sounding gongs that effect no inspiration. If we are truly inspired we can do all things, but only the Love of God can sustain them. God does not rush in this context. The centrality of this, is the joy that we are able to bring other like spirited people into a relationship with God with Us. God does not leave us, but rather reaches to others through us, that we might be One just as Jesus was One. This is a mysterious and miraculous thing! But what happens to the Spirit, in the end?

If the Spirit was first in Creation, then we can only imagine it will be last in Destruction. This is comforting, especially when you consider that so many things will be happening in Heaven, once this world is over with. I am not saying that Destruction will creep in for the faith, once this world is destroyed, I am saying the hardest thing to destroy, will be waiting in service of us! This is a difficult thing to understand at first, but the time is coming and now is when it will be revealed to the world. The enemy would like to think that we will be shaken, but this is not the way of the Spirit we first had. The Holy Spirit was with us in the beginning, from within and cannot now be quashed as not responding to the oppression of God, which wounds us all.

I hope this has been of some encouragement.

God bless.

Ecclesiastes 12:7 And the dust returns to the earth as it was, and the spirit returns to God who gave it.

Genesis 2:7 Then the Lord God formed the man of dust from the ground and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life, and the man became a living soul.

It's amazing how a single verse can undo a persons man-made theology.

But it is not the spiritual that is first but the natural, and then the spiritual. 1 Corinthians 15:46

Natural body first...followed by an enlightened mind...then death complete and total...raised...then glorified (divine nature last!).

All Scriptural according to 1 Corinthians 15.

Read and weep :)

The first Adam, ( the beginning) was made a living soul. ( spirit of life from the beginning)

The last Adam was made a quickening Spirit. ( Jesus Christ.)

The first man is of the earth, earthy, ( as in Adam all die) the second man is the Lord from heaven. ( from the beginning.)

There is earth, there is heavenly.

We had the image of the earthy, so we bear the image of the heavenly.

So of course there were two firsts, of man and of God, but now we have to be one with God, in belief from the beginning and always.

1 Corinthians 15:22 For as in Adam all die, even so in Christ shall all be made alive.

1 Corinthians 15:42 So also is the resurrection of the dead. It is sown in corruption; it is raised in incorruption:
43 It is sown in dishonour; it is raised in glory: it is sown in weakness; it is raised in power:
44 It is sown a natural body; it is raised a spiritual body. There is a natural body, and there is a spiritual body.
45 And so it is written, The first man Adam was made a living soul; the last Adam was made a quickening spirit.
46 Howbeit that was not first which is spiritual, but that which is natural; and afterward that which is spiritual.
47 The first man is of the earth, earthy; the second man is the Lord from heaven.
48 As is the earthy, such are they also that are earthy: and as is the heavenly, such are they also that are heavenly.
49 And as we have borne the image of the earthy, we shall also bear the image of the heavenly.

Ephesians 4:24 And that ye put on the new man, which after God is created in righteousness and true holiness.

Thessalonians 2:13 But we are bound to give thanks alway to God for you, brethren beloved of the Lord, because God hath from the beginning chosen you to salvation through sanctification of the Spirit and belief of the truth:

* Further later revealing…”spirit” IS heartful truth.
* Natural newborn babes, HAVE NOT YET LEARNED or ESTABLISHED a heartful TRUTH (ie spirit).
* Further later revealing…”spirit” of “natural born man” ARE an individual’s (acceptance AS TRUTHS “natural man LEARNS FROM other natural men”…and is called the “SPIRIT OF MAN”.
* the “SPIRIT OF MAN”, “DEVELOPES”, as the individual LEARNS and begins CHOOSING What to “absolutely BELIEVE”…(about anything).

* Further later revealing….An Offering, An Option for a NEW TRUTH, TO choose to believe, To choose to Receive, To choose To Reject…

He came for HIs sheep and they are not born of the flesh, not of man.

But the children of the flesh were always flesh from the devils planting...

John 1:13 Which were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God.

Matthew 13:37 He answered and said unto them, He that soweth the good seed is the Son of man;
38 The field is the world; the good seed are the children of the kingdom; but the tares are the children of the wicked one;
39 The enemy that sowed them is the devil; the harvest is the end of the world; and the reapers are the angels.
40 As therefore the tares are gathered and burned in the fire; so shall it be in the end of this world.
41 The Son of man shall send forth his angels, and they shall gather out of his kingdom all things that offend, and them which do iniquity;

Romans 9:8 That is, They which are the children of the flesh, these are not the children of God: but the children of the promise are counted for the seed.

1 John 2:24 Let that therefore abide in you, which ye have heard from the beginning. If that which ye have heard from the beginning shall remain in you, ye also shall continue in the Son, and in the Father.

1 John 3:11 For this is the message that ye heard from the beginning, that we should love one another.

2 John 1:6 And this is love, that we walk after his commandments. This is the commandment, That, as ye have heard from the beginning, ye should walk in it.

God’s Creation was Accomplished in SIX days…On the SEVENTH day, God rested from His Works of CREATION….

HOWEVER…Gods Work’s of “MAKING” APPLIES to His NUMEROUS Offerings, “TO CHANGE” (MAKE CHANGES) to His CREATIONS (that have corrupted “HIS ORIGINAL” “VERY GOOD” Creations.)
(APPLICABLE TO: Individuals Freely, willing to ACCEPT His Offering…. ACCORDING tO Gods Order and Way (ie timeframe and manner.)

Ephesians 4:24 And that ye put on the new man, which after God is created in righteousness and true holiness.

Romans 8:23 And not only they, but ourselves also, which have the firstfruits of the Spirit, even we ourselves groan within ourselves, waiting for the adoption, to wit, the redemption of our body.

1 Corinthians 15:20 But now is Christ risen from the dead, and become the firstfruits of them that slept.

James 1:18 Of his own will begat he us with the word of truth, that we should be a kind of firstfruits of his creatures.

Revelation 14:4 These are they which were not defiled with women; for they are virgins. These are they which follow the Lamb whithersoever he goeth. These were redeemed from among men, being the firstfruits unto God and to the Lamb.

Ephesians 4:24 And that ye put on the new man, which after God is created in righteousness and true holiness.

A CREATION, is something that DID NOT EXIST, but now does.

For a man to “PUT ON”…the man had to exist.

ManKIND was Created (body) and then MADE “Very good”.

Eph 4:24 reveals … via Gods Offering for the man to become MADE CHANGED…from “VERY GOOD”….and “also FALLEN”…TO:
“Righteous and holy”…
Did the OLD man Disappear, become never have existed?..or become MADE CHANGED?

I believe…MADE CHANGED…BY Receiving IN ADDITION to his ORIGINAL “very good”.

Otherwise…WHY Is a mans BODY Washed in the Blood of Jesus, to CLEANSE it (as part of the CHANGING PROCESS)….
WHY SHALL the SAME (changed or original) Body Be raised UP?…to merely pretend the OLD MAN is COMPLETELY Irrelevant?

Eph 4:24
[24] And that ye put on the new man, which after God is created in righteousness and true holiness.

No created manKIND of being was/is naturally created “righteous and holy”…
Gods power of “MAKING” establishes “CHANGES” to the ORIGINAL man.

I believe EVERYTHING that EXISTS, was CREATED during Gods 6 DAY CREATION…And EXISTS from that day to this…PERIOD.

I believe EVERY (regarding manKIND) so CREATED, CAN and WILL….by the Testimony of God and the Power of God Become “Made Changed” from its INITIAL design, make-up, characteristics; and/or eternal habitat

Glory to God,

When you paint a painting, it makes sense to say that the "blank canvas" comes first - that is the natural man - but even before the first stroke, the painter has some idea of what the painting will be - that is the spiritual man.

I am not saying there is no blank canvas, I am saying God wanted the painting not the "painted".

As it says Abraham's seed paid tithe in spirit, while his seed was yet in his body.

Why does God look for inspiration to paint? Is it not that He trusts He will be able to find a blank canvas? Yet all God's thoughts are about the Spirit - He is indeed perfectly inspired.

Thus God is able to see the inspiration in the blank canvas, even before the blank canvas is fully formed.

You can say "the natural comes first" all you want, but the natural "inspiration" is easily greater than the unformed blank canvas.

I am trying to understand what God is trying to impart to His Creation. Once created, the flesh needs spirit - but how can God impart that to us, unless it was already within us when God started to create us?

The matter comes before the art, but the art is paramount.

The essence precedes, the foundation - once the foundation is grasped.
