What is : The Meat of the word

No; but I have leanings towards Oneness Pentecostalism. It is not the Catholic Bible...it is the kjv.

What is : The Meat of the word

Little children, let no man deceive you: he that doeth righteousness is righteous, even as he is righteous. (1 John 3:7)

    Hebrews 10:26-31

1Co 15:1, Moreover, brethren, I declare unto you the gospel which I preached unto you, which also ye have received, and wherein ye stand; 1Co 15:2, By which also ye are saved, if ye keep in memory what I preached unto you, unless ye have believed in vain. 1Co 15:3, For I delivered unto you first...

    Hebrews 10:26-31

Of course, Paul, in context, had only baptized about three people in Corinth to prove his point that he was not sent to baptize (Stephanas, Crispus, and Gaius). Nevertheless, if you look at Acts of the Apostles 18:8, there were many who were baptized in Corinth at the time that Paul preached to...

What is : The Meat of the word

It is teaching that your works are not filthy in the eyes of God; if your righteousness be the righteousness of faith (Revelation 19:8 (kjv)).

What is : The Meat of the word

Jesus said, "Not every one who says unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven, but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven." Those whom Jesus never knew are these...those who do not do the will of the Father...they are "workers of iniquity." (Matthew 13:41-42...

Predestined (THE Born Again) = Elect

The whole concept of predestination makes me think of the parable of the wheat and the tares (Matthew 13:24-30, Matthew 13;36-43).

Heaven and Earth Shall Pass Away

There is Colossians 1:5 and 1 Peter 1:4 in reference to heaven; also Revelation 21:9-27. The saints reigning on the earth will be during the millennial period. We will not be dwelling on the same earth that we now dwell on, when we get to "heaven". That will be a "new heavens and a new earth."

    Hebrews 10:26-31

@Tong2020, I believe that the following thread addresses something that you said recently in this thread about Jesus words being only a part of the Old Covenant. Jesus, a minister to the circumcision (to you).

    Hebrews 10:26-31

Judgment of the nations is ultimately a judgment of the individuals who reside in those nations.

    The true grace of God.

Jesus, a minister to the circumcision (to you).

Predestined (THE Born Again) = Elect

There is a faith that does not predestinate towards election (Luke 8:13)....a nominal, lukewarm, or shallow faith. Such a faith does not endure to the end but is offended and falls away in a time of temptation or trial. There is a faith that does predestinate towards election; that is a heart...

    The true grace of God.

The true grace of God, also, according to the scripture in the OP, involves being made perfect, stablished, strengthened, and settled, after that you have suffered for a little while.

    The true grace of God.

I can think of five definitions for grace that I am aware of: 1) simple favour 2) getting what we don't deserve (heaven)....as opposed mercy, not getting what we do deserve (hell). 3) the enabling power of the Lord 4) G)od's R)iches A)t C)hrist's E)xpense 5) G)oodness R)endered A)s C)hrist...

Repentance is the Gift Of God !

Of course, we know that repentance is defined as making a 180-degree turn away from sin and towards righteousness; and that this is a choice that is given to every man. God cannot make that decision for you; you must make it yourself.

Jesus, a minister to the circumcision (to you).

Rom 15:8, Now I say that Jesus Christ was a minister of the circumcision for the truth of God, to confirm the promises made unto the fathers: Here, we find that Jesus Christ is a minister to the circumcision and not to those who are uncircumcised. Rom 2:25, For circumcision verily profiteth...

Heaven and Earth Shall Pass Away

Um...I think that by heaven and earth He was talking about the heavens and the earth that were created in Genesis chapter 1. For example, we have this scripture... Mat 5:17, Think not that I am come to destroy the law, or the prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fulfil. Mat 5:18, For...

    Hebrews 10:26-31

No point in particular except what you might read in my statements. I just started talking and didn't want to stop until I was finished with what was on my heart. Some of what I wrote may be in response to what has been written in some other posts in this thread.

    Hebrews 10:26-31

Now of course, judgment is not the same as condemnation; and it should be readily known that we, as believers, shall come into judgment; but we shall not come into condemnation. That is the point that I am making. That John 5:24 is more accurate in the kjv than in some of these versions where...
