    The Ten Commandments—What happened?

Here is the exact quote (from the kjv): Gal 5:1, Stand fast therefore in the liberty wherewith Christ hath made us free, and be not entangled again with the yoke of bondage. Gal 5:2, Behold, I Paul say unto you, that if ye be circumcised, Christ shall profit you nothing. Gal 5:3, For I testify...

    The Ten Commandments—What happened?

You have not looked at it closely enough to see the reality.

    The Ten Commandments—What happened?

The unbelieving Gentiles in Galatia were still under the law.

    The Ten Commandments—What happened?

If you want to be considered great in the kingdom by God, you will obey and teach the least of His commandments, referring to the Old Testament law (Matthew 5:17-20).

    Jesus isn't Catholic

I was referring to this: 3Jo 1:9, I wrote unto the church: but Diotrephes, who loveth to have the preeminence among them, receiveth us not. 3Jo 1:10, Wherefore, if I come, I will remember his deeds which he doeth, prating against us with malicious words: and not content therewith, neither doth...

    The Ten Commandments—What happened?

If you have placed your trust in Christ, you are not under the curse of the law. It is written, Gal 3:13, Christ hath redeemed us from the curse of the law, being made a curse for us: for it is written, Cursed is every one that hangeth on a tree:

Christians and the Law of Moses

In the times of the Gentiles, Jesus is our sabbath rest (Hebrews 4). Mat 11:28, Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Mat 11:29, Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls. Mat 11:30...

    The Ten Commandments—What happened?

The God of the Old Testament and the God of the New Testament are one and the same Person.

    Jesus isn't Catholic

Unfortunately the Catholic Church has engaged in Diotrephetic practice (3 John 1:9-11) throughout history.

Christians and the Law of Moses

The shadow is also clearly the sabbath days in the verse in question. To recap: Col 2:16, Let no man therefore judge you in meat, or in drink, or in respect of an holyday, or of the new moon, or of the sabbath days: Col 2:17, Which are a shadow of things to come; but the body is of Christ. I...

    The Ten Commandments—What happened?

I believe that the ones given in Exodus 20 and Deuteronomy 5 are the ten spoken of in Exodus 34:28. If you look at it closely, you will see that these were the ones written on the tablets (Deuteronomy 5:22).

    Jesus isn't Catholic

Did you return the gift of salvation that Christ gave to you? Do you think that you ever will (assuming you have it)? If not, why not? If so, why? The topical context of this is a comparison of Galatians 3:14 w/ Romans 5:5. We receive salvation / the gift of the Holy Spirit through faith...

    The Ten Commandments—What happened?

Then they would have to include the commandments that are spoken of in Romans 13:8-10 (kjv). Do they?

    Jesus isn't Catholic

Jesus is the Word (John 1:1, John 1:14)...we eat His flesh by partaking of His word...we drink His blood by believing in what He did for us on the Cross. Communion is symbolic of these things.

It is a moot point. They were outwardly Christians but were not born again...they never had everlasting life to begin with.

    Jesus isn't Catholic

If we truly have life in Jesus, we cannot walk away from Him, it is not in our nature to do so. See Ephesians 1:13-14, 2 Corinthians 1:22, 2 Corinthians 5:5.

That is because every cherry, has a seed within it that, if planted, is capable of producing an entire tree.
