WHO IS IT THAT DWELLS IN GOD?

"One Lord one faith one baptism". Go back to John's baptism as the beginning. It was by immersion in the Jordan river.

    Doctrine of Predestination

I did a short study and writing on this topic that I've previously posted, but I'll l post it here again for consideration. The below is what I've concluded. Predestination (based upon the foreknowledge of God) Premise: God knows the beginning and the end, so therefore he must also know all...

IF YOU BELIEVE WE CAN LOSE OUR SALVATION, PLEASE GIVE ME THE VERSE/VERSES THAT MAKE YOU BELIEVE THIS.

Revelation is in symbolism. And unless you know what the various symbols represent, you can't really decipher it/its meaning. It was meant to be read to the 7 churches of Asia, so, even they would not have understood without guidance as to what the symbols meant. But as a for instance...

IF YOU BELIEVE WE CAN LOSE OUR SALVATION, PLEASE GIVE ME THE VERSE/VERSES THAT MAKE YOU BELIEVE THIS.

Who was Revelation written to? The 7 churches of Asia which is actually Asia minor, or Turkey. Revelation must then have has relevance to them, in their time. So, was "the tribulation" as you referred to it as, a future event to them or some futuristic event in our future? Was "the tribulation"...

1st, what is THE tribulation period? And both Mark 16 and Matt 28 relate in terms of preaching the Gospel to all nations/all the world and baptism of those that believe; the primary takeaways.

Speaking in new tongues, healing? Are gifts or manifestations of the Spirit. And they are definitely signs to others. And the gifts were made manifest ONLY by the laying on of the apostle's hands; and yes, to the members of the body of Christ, but not automatically to everyone universally, but...

The signs were the gifts, the manifestation of the Spirit, all of which have long ago ceased. So no, I do not have them, nor do you, nor does anyone else today. The gifts were promised to the 11 apostles and were enabled to others by them through the laying on of their hands.

What simply does Mk16 15:15-16 say??? That's all you need to know. Don't twist thing's to try to prove yourself right. You're not right

You are looney. Read the first part of verse 15. "Go ye into all the world-----"

So, if a Christian today were to renounce Christ and become a Muslim, then what? That's precisely what Hebrews was teaching to them except they would have been returning to their OT religious ways. Same exact scenario. So, Hebrews can and does have applicability to us today.

IF YOU BELIEVE WE CAN LOSE OUR SALVATION, PLEASE GIVE ME THE VERSE/VERSES THAT MAKE YOU BELIEVE THIS.

Scripture clearly teaches you are saved upon belief AND baptism into the body of Christ which makes you a Christian. That's exactly what Jesus meant by his words in Mk 16:15-16. Can't be any clearer than that (below). 15And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to...

DO YOU THINK PETER AND THE APOSTLES PREACHED THE CROSS?

Not sure what you're trying to imply or the basis for your claim citing the 4 gospels, since that makes no sense relative to the cross, but not so with Acts. And what do you mean "the cross for salvation"??

IF YOU BELIEVE WE CAN LOSE OUR SALVATION, PLEASE GIVE ME THE VERSE/VERSES THAT MAKE YOU BELIEVE THIS.

You missed the point relative to the question. The answer is YES, we can, just like they could, lose our salvation. The principle is the same as is the logic. If we were to renounce Christ after our conversion, we too would be guilty of subjecting Christ again to an open shame. It goes on to...

The Baptism That Saves: What Most People Miss in Acts 11:16

"In Christ": What does it really mean? The words “in Christ” and similar, i.e.; “in Jesus Christ”, “in Christ Jesus”, “in him’, are used ad nauseam within the Christian world with hardly anyone ever giving any thought whatsoever as to what the words really mean or entail, thus relegating them...

The Baptism That Saves: What Most People Miss in Acts 11:16

What everyone seems to be missing is, 1. You'll find no examples of any baptizer who said anything prior to the actual immersion of anyone they were baptizing, nor 2. Do you find any scriptursl requirement gir a baptizer to actually say anything at all. 3. The only example we have where an...

Have you not read Hebrews and the warnings therein to the Hebrew Christians?
