Can a Believer Loose Their Salvation?

You cannot find any passage in scripture that says that anyone who does not believe in God will be saved. We are saved by Grace through faith. We can be lost through unbelief.

Can a Believer Loose Their Salvation?

The passage in Hebrews has typically been poorly translated/interpreted. Heb 6:4 For in the case of those who have once been enlightened and have tasted of the heavenly gift and have been made partakers of the Holy Spirit, Heb 6:5 and have tasted the good word of God and the powers of the...

Can a Believer Loose Their Salvation?

Faith is not a gift. Salvation is a gift to the one with faith. We are saved by grace through faith. Grace is God's part, faith is our part. But with respect to the topic, a believer will not lose his salvation. One who ceases to believe will lose his salvation. The disbeliever or the...

Can Our Lower Adamic Nature Be Rehabilitated by the Works of the Law?

How? By the forgiveness of the trespasses and sins and with the sacrifice on the cross for the debt owed as a result of the trespasses and sins. ESV Col 2:13 And you, who were dead in your trespasses and the uncircumcision of your flesh, God made alive together with him, having forgiven us...

Can Our Lower Adamic Nature Be Rehabilitated by the Works of the Law?

I think he is saying that you have misunderstood what Paul said in Colossians 2:14. It is not the law that is is cancelled; rather it is the debt incurred by the trespasses that has been cancelled. Col 2:13 And you, who were dead in your trespasses and the uncircumcision of your flesh, God...

Romans 11 and the real Replacement Theology

The one body of Ephesians 4:4 is the church, not a personal body.

    Do animals have souls?

Man domesticated cattle, sheep and goats for the meat, the hides and the wool. I am sure about dogs and cats.

    Do animals have souls?

Yes, Genesis 1:20,21 says animals were made living creatures, i.e., living souls. Genesis 2:7 says Adam was made a living creature, i.e., living soul. Mankind are said to have spirits but animals are not said to have spirits.

Romans 11 and the real Replacement Theology

The word fullness is translated/interpreted from the Greek word πλήρωμα [plērōma]. Fom Strong's we have: G4138 πλήρωμα plērōma play'-ro-mah From G4137; repletion or completion, that is, (subjectively) what fills (as contents, supplement, copiousness, multitude), or (objectively)...

Romans 11 and the real Replacement Theology

God does see a Jew who is in Christ. One does not lose their earthly identity when they believe in God.

Romans 11 and the real Replacement Theology

Your ID explains your bias. It is that bias that is leading you to your false interpretation in that verse. And that clearly makes it obvious that whatever you "contribute" in this regard will not be well thought out.

Hey, I was just following your lead. So I guess I was following your ridiculous lead.

Romans 11 and the real Replacement Theology

Nah! Fullness there carries a meaning much closer to that which we see in passages such as John 1:16, Ephesians 1:23; 3:19; 5:13. or especially Colossians1:19; 2:9, But it is never used to mean the full number of anything. If that is what was meant, then that is what would have been said, but...

Romans 11 and the real Replacement Theology

Gal 3:28 There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither slave nor free, there is no male and female, for you are all one in Christ Jesus. So then, I guess you are neither male nor female. :) Interesting!

Romans 11 and the real Replacement Theology

Oh Please??? Well then, maybe you could find us another example in the NT where fullness means full number of anything.

Romans 11 and the real Replacement Theology

If it couldn't be clearer, please tell us what the "fullness of the Gentiles" means. In doing so, you need to understand that the Greek word for fullness , pleroma, does not mean "full number".

    Do animals have souls?

Animals are living beings. Animas are souls. They have bodies of flesh. They do not have spirits. It is in the spirits than mankind are in the image of God.
