What are Your Feelings on Tithes

That is only one example of what you are referring to. I consider that there are other repetitive songs that are very edifying... Such as "Come and take control (repeat ad infinitum)" The younger generations do not only pay attention to the words in songs so as to formulate doctrine. You can...

What are Your Feelings on Tithes

There is nothing wrong with repeating the words when singing unto the Lord....as long as it doesn't become empty. I have found in my own life that when singing these repetitive songs, the Holy Spirit comes down and brings meaning to them after you have sung them a few times.

What are Your Feelings on Tithes

Playing on musical instruments is an integral part of how we worship the Lord. Again, Psalms 150. There is nothing wrong with helping those out who are less mature.

See Psalms 150... Playing with instruments is important when we worship the Lord.

What are Your Feelings on Tithes

Worship leaders, in today's church, are like those elders who rule well, labouring in the word and doctrine...worthy of double honour as pertains to income.

God's Grace keeps on giving the Blood

You seem to keep wanting to question my personal relationship with Jesus. I want to assure you that He is indeed my Lord and Saviour. As for my exalting of the word of God to such a high position, I believe that the Lord, by His word, also exalts it to that high position. Psa 138:2, I will...

What are Your Feelings on Tithes

It's not wrong to liquidate your assets before tithing them.

The Scriptures are God's Greatest Gift to Mankind

The devil is here contending for his own voice as being valid in society. The fact is, if anything goes against the revealed truth of the word of the Lord, it is a lie.

The Scriptures are God's Greatest Gift to Mankind

And there are also those who want to disregard the holy scriptures as being the carriers of absolute truth. Psa 138:2, I will worship toward thy holy temple, and praise thy name for thy lovingkindness and for thy truth: for thou hast magnified thy word above all thy name.

    Seeing Sanctification

Rom 7:18, For I know that in me (that is, in my flesh,) dwelleth no good thing: for to will is present with me; but how to perform that which is good I find not.

What are Your Feelings on Tithes

Yea God!...send your rain / reign (of the Holy Spirit)! See John 6:35, John 4:13-14, John 7:37-39.

Please answer the whole of my post rather than singling out a portion of it to answer without reading the rest.

God's Grace keeps on giving the Blood

Even those with the Spirit cannot keep the law (Galatians 6:13, Galatians 3:22). I am almost certain that you do not wear tzitzit and tallit and tefilin; and that you do not blow a trumpet every new moon. In this, you are violating the letter of the law. But the New Testament reality is that...

What are Your Feelings on Tithes

Actually, Malachi is in the prophets. (and the prophets are the place where we can find most of the exceeding great and precious promises spoken of in 2 Peter 1:3-4, Hebrews 11:33, 2 Corinthians 1:20, and Romans 4:20-22)

    Seeing is Believing

It seems to me that our relationship to the Father is that He does indeed see us in Christ...when He looks at us He sees the blood and righteousness of Jesus. The Holy Spirit, on the other hand, has a job to do with us, that He is the One who sanctifies us. And therefore He is dealing with our...

    The wrong Cross

Hebrews 12:5-11 tells us that the Lord is a loving Father who disciplines us; while it is also true that as believers in Christ our relationship to the law has changed in that it no longer condemns us. . . . When Paul speaks of being a slave of righteousness (in Romans 6), he tries to make it...

What are Your Feelings on Tithes

Tithing, while it is not a legalistic obligation in the NT, carries with it a promise. So if you want to be a recipient of the promise you will fulfill its condition (see Malachi 3).
