Man has a part in his salvation=things to do, believe and say.

@CoreIssue, What is your take on Jhn 15:16, Ye have not chosen me, but I have chosen you, and ordained you, that ye should go and bring forth fruit, and that your fruit should remain: that whatsoever ye shall ask of the Father in my name, he may give it you.

Also, there are webcrawlers out there who may be new to the website...and putting this thread to the forefront as an evangelistic tool is forthcoming.

@Dave L, you are way off base here as on many other points. We have access by faith into this grace wherein we stand (Romans 5:1-2). Faith is the key that unlocks the door to the room called "grace." 'nuff said!

Trinity vs. Tritheism: Understanding the Trinity.

Oh...okay...three Gods then... That is not what my Bible teaches...it teaches that there is one Spirit, one Lord, and one God... It teaches that the Lord is the Spirit (2 Corinthians 3:17) and that God the Father is a Spirit (John 4:23-24) and the Lord of heaven and earth (Matthew 11:25, Luke...

How do you respond to "Christians are hypocrites"?

Actually, the way to life is narrow, and few there be that find it.

How do you respond to "Christians are hypocrites"?

1Ti 1:13, Who was before a blasphemer, and a persecutor, and injurious: but I obtained mercy, because I did it ignorantly in unbelief. 1Ti 1:14, And the grace of our Lord was exceeding abundant with faith and love which is in Christ Jesus. 1Ti 1:15, This is a faithful saying, and worthy of all...

Trinity vs. Tritheism: Understanding the Trinity.

It would be that there are three individuals indwelt by the same Spirit; except each one of those individuals is the one Spirit that is God. Scriptures to ponder: Eph 4:4, There is one body and one Spirit, and even as ye are called in one hope of your calling; . . . Jhn 4:23, But the hour...

Trinity vs. Tritheism: Understanding the Trinity.

Three Persons who are the same Person/God.

Trinity vs. Tritheism: Understanding the Trinity.

And I am certainly not denying this; but am emphasizing the fact that there is still only one God. Father, Son, and Holy Ghost are the same Spirit, the same Lord, and the same God (1 Corinthians 12:4-6).

Trinity vs. Tritheism: Understanding the Trinity.

Indeed...and you are ignoring the scriptures that I have presented. So take some scissors and cut those ones in particular out of your Bible...because that is what you have already done in your heart, in violation of Revelation 22:19.

Today if you will hear His voice, do not harden your heart as in the provocation.

Trinity vs. Tritheism: Understanding the Trinity.

1Co 2:13, Which things also we speak, not in the words which man's wisdom teacheth, but which the Holy Ghost teacheth; comparing spiritual things with spiritual.

Trinity vs. Tritheism: Understanding the Trinity.

The holy scriptures teach it, in Isaiah 9:6 primarily; also by a comparison of John 4:23-24 and John 14:7-11: also by the fact that there is one Lord (Ephesians 4:5), the Father (Matthew 11:25, Luke 10:21); and that no one can say that Jesus is that Lord except by the Holy Ghost (1 Corinthians...

Trinity vs. Tritheism: Understanding the Trinity.

Of course...because He rose from the dead to again exist outside of time...for He now fills all things (Ephesians 4:10). On another note along the same lines...How do you reconcile that fact (that He fills all things) with the understanding that He is come in the flesh...existing in a finite...

Trinity vs. Tritheism: Understanding the Trinity.

Jesus walked the earth in the context of existing within our time domain. Are you saying that He didn't?
  17. J

Trinity vs. Tritheism: Understanding the Trinity.

Indeed. The Son rises from the dead to exist outside of time as does the Father. I have already shown you these things, @Dave L, of which you have become willfully ignorant.

    REVIVAL OR BUST.

Zep 3:8, Therefore wait ye upon me, saith the LORD, until the day that I rise up to the prey: for my determination is to gather the nations, that I may assemble the kingdoms, to pour upon them mine indignation, even all my fierce anger: for all the earth shall be devoured with the fire of my...
