Revelation 3:10 is the text that proves to me that there is one. That there is a rapture period is evident from 1 Thessalonians 4:13-18. "Wherefore comfort one another with these words." Not very comforting if the church is going to have to live through the events in the Book of Revelation.

Actually they spell out the opposite quite clearly, from my pov...that baptism in Jesus' name is for the forgiveness of sins...and that being filled with the Holy Spirit is the result...since forgiveness of sins is = salvation, and salvation is by grace through faith, and that not of ourselves...

You certainly have the right to disagree with me...but it concerns me when someone disregards the word of the Lord for their own opinion. You have the right to your own opinion...you have the right also to disagree with God's word... I just don't know that it is Christianity that you are...
