That might have something to do with the fact that he confessed to his trans boyfriend and to hrs parents, among other things. In these kinds of cases, yes. But the pubic has a right to this information before a trial. You can't have a completely unbiased jury in any case.

It depends. If the evidence isn't strong enough, perhaps it is worthwhile. But in cases such as this, where the evidence us overwhelming, I would say no.

I always do. But when the evidence is overwhelming, I tend to view the party as guilty, even if it hasn't been proven in a court of law. They're wrong. If he murdered her, and lived his life as a free man, he escaped man's justice. In such a case, it's left up to thee individual to decide...

Everyone is pushing for the death penalty, which includes the firing squad in Utah. I think anything short of the death penalty is a miscarriage of justice.

Jimmy Kimmel is nobody's hero, and frankly, I don't care. ABC is a buisness. Having a late night host make light of a political assassination is bad for business. Reset assured, he still has his free speech. In all likelihood, ABC was looking for a reason to sack him. He sure gave them a reason.

Free speech is under assault --- by the left. Kimmel was fired because ABC took offense to what he said. An employer is free to fire someone for whatever reason they wish. But he still has freedom of speech. He can still say whatever he wants, just not on ABC's network anymore.
