<10. I don't subscribe to OSAS and I think the bar is a lot higher than I was taught when I attended church. I believe we'll be judged on our works like it says in Revelation. Sins unto death disqualify us. That being said, I see more fruit in my life now so Im way more confident than before.

All I do will succeed. I can't fail because I delight in God.

I feel incredible at this point. I think less negatively about myself. I sleep better. My skin is glowing. I attack my exercises. I push myself during them. I have energy all day. I handle stress better. Im losing weight.

I started out viewing exercise as medicine. It was a great way to get back into it. But it's becoming my special fun time.

I have been truly invested in as a wife. Much like a classic car, age does not depreciate my value. I feel like a classic woman because my husband has cared for me way better than a car. Im not the same, not as insecure, not as flawed, not as emotionally unstable. My husband is my confidant...

Today, my appetite was low so I didn't eat till noon. I had a burger patty, fatback, and chicken livers for lunch. It was really good.
