    The social gospel?

When? After you die? false. More mischaracterization. How are we judged? By our beliefs? Do you know what is says in the bible...over and over and over?

    The social gospel?

That's your comparison. Exactly. I'm here in the lower walk speaking of the higher walk. But that is God's doing as I prefer to walk in the higher walk. It just so happens that I "surrendered" my higher walk...not to help others (God's purpose) but because I was found unworthy over time...

    When are God's Elect Justified?

The elect are justified by the POWER of the cross...as Paul says...it is no longer I who live. This is by the justification of life...and eternal kind of life that has no sin in it. As we walk in that victory we show forth God's righteousness.

    The social gospel?

The pot calling the kettle. You have no works at all. And you trust in your BELIEFS. Faith takes you to God...what you foolishly call "works". :Ohpleze: How can anyone be that confused? :ummm:

    The social gospel?

I am claiming to be walking as a man...not an apostle. You are making this a battle of the egos....that I'm not interested in. But I still know of which I speak. That's why we are chatting. A conversation. If I can show you that your reasoning is off, that doesn't mean I claim to be a Paul...

    The social gospel?

Another thought on this. The difference we need to know is between what we THINK has been imputed to us and what we are actually doing. No one is judged by what they think is imputed to them...but by their works. Pretenders are NOT encouraged in the Body of Christ...or they shouldn't be.

    The social gospel?

And you will think less and less of me as I expose you to more and more truth. Judgment day is a day of great wrath. That is not the time where pretenders, imaginers, hypocrites, and gross sinners are "liberated" from the fruits of their doings.

    The social gospel?

God is Master of prophecy...because He sees the future as if it was the present. God decides what faith is....not people. When a person has faith they are translated into the heavenly kingdom realm. That's how you know you have "saving" faith. God sees the future. He knows when we say...

    The social gospel?

That's not what judgment is about. NOW is the time to be set free...not later when people are forced to admit their sins. The bible says that EVERY KNEE will bow. And Universalists think that means ALL will be saved. Using your reasoning you have to admit the same. But to be found out as a liar...

    The social gospel?

The god of your own navel. Again, I testify of God's power over sin...and you call that self-righteousness. Why? Because you believe there is NO victory over sin possible...so any reference to that victory must be coming from a human effort. And you believe this because you deny grace and...

    The social gospel?

Better yet to depart from iniquity. Better to humble oneself in godly fear and stop naming and claiming things AS IF they were true...but are not. Part of spiritual warfare is to cast down imaginations. My next podcast is about that very thing....spiritual warfare. :)

    The social gospel?

The opposite is true. All covenants with God are conditional. Israel broke covenant with God...otherwise there would be no need for a better covenant. The New Covenant is not like the other covenants. The NC is about an empowering to fulfill the law of God. If we remain sinners...then we break...

    The social gospel?

I get that. But saved to what? What does Jesus say about those who are naked? Do a study. I think you are going in the wrong direction with this. Are you saying you don't want to please God? That you don't care if He is pleased with you or not? True. But motivation is not the issue on...

    The social gospel?

That means shame and reproach for ever.

    The social gospel?

Yes. The mere mention of fire can be misconstrued to have the same meaning all the time. Our God is a consuming fire but He is NOT the lake of fire. Like the leaven of the Pharisees...a little leaven (sin) leavens the whole batch. Now from a touchy-feely perspective Jesus' use of leaven to...

    Hearing God's Voice

Twice now. Once for 3 days (I couldn't take it anymore) and the second time for about 2.5 years. I hung on until I guess I got smug and uncareful. I think we can't go directly after these things. The Lord knows what we need. But it is while we are doing His will and then NEED His intervention...

    The social gospel?

I'm surprised you didn't throw in Daniels's 70th week or mention Pelagius. Your kind of speculations are not biblical based at all....but merely you trying to connect dots that are unrelated. There are so many intertwined threads...like a ball of yarn (pun intended) that has no end. The bible...

    Error in KJV and NKJV

LOL. I was trying to show non-Hebrew readers how that the same weight is given to both sides of the equation. As a child is weaned..and...as a man is weaned (I am weaned). And in the first case...from his mother...in the second case.."from my soul" In Hebrew it looks like this כְּ֖גָמֻל...

    The social gospel?

Saved as poor, naked, wretched, and blind. The bible goes into detail on this.

    The social gospel?

You are using one translation to justify another translation. The LXX is a "targum" not original scriptures. The ONLY way to understand aphesis is the way the word is used in an inspired text. It means liberty/freedom. Forgiveness is by shemitah... the release of debt. I think one will...
