Yes I agree that you can't repent of taking the mark but we differ in what the mark actually is. Scripture contradicts itself (and we all know that scripture can't contradict itself) if its a literal mark or just worship of the beast. I have no problem if its just says that they won't repent...

Its not a literal mark Satan worshipers have repented and been saved the bible clearly states that unrepentance is the only unforgivable sin thus unrepentant devotion to the beast is the symbolic mark of the beast.

But then in your view they took the mark before they became spiritually corrupted so what if they died or repented before then became spiritually corrupted? The mark on the forehead represents your minds devotions and the mark on the right hand represents your actions proving your devotions...
