I'm afraid that when God said "a man" was not to have sex with "a man", there was no mention of them being from a certain town (Sodom) or living a certain lifestyle (wild debauchery).

The term "legally" you just used has nothing at all to do with God's law. It is nothing but a perversion of His law that men have crafted to live apart from following His law. "Having no other God" means having no other law but the one He handed down.

Have you ever noticed that the laws WE have made remove restitution? In fact, most of OUR laws make the victim pay the perpetrator, or at least for his continued upkeep.

I do have to say there really is no defense of homosexuality, whatsoever. Is there every reason to defend and protect the human beings caught in that trap? Yes! Though not "unconditionally." But, that is another subject entirely.
