Didn't anyone actually READ what Matthew 24 said? Jesus said that no trouble as bad as it was going to be, had been seen up until "NOW", (until 'then'), the time when He was speaking.... AND, that "nothing as bad would ever be seen again."

As I said, and you verified above, there is no future EVENT called THE TRIBULATION. It is a denominational fabrication invented to fit a preconceived doctrine.

You have stated the point clearly.... but don't know you did. There is no coming future event called "The" Tribulation. Jesus told his listeners that they would experience troubles (tribulation) in their lives. Search the Scriptures, and you will not find "THE" Tribulation.

The "descendants of the survivors of tribulation" are all those who have lived from the moment Jesus told them that "they would suffer tribulation" for being Christians. And, all Christians have.

There certainly shouldn't be. But, as you seem to have suggested, I don't see "balanced" as just a word to be used, then dismissed, subsequently presenting material that is all only negative or positive. "Balanced" means just that.... as much good presented as bad, and in the same timeframe.

I feel that nothing like that should be done unless it is balanced with ideas, both good and bad.
