@Dropship Seems like these days many Christian young people at around 18 regard the tattoo as a benign experience and opportunity to receive something faith based and which will highly likely work as a conversation-starter; all the young ppl with Bible verses tattooed with whom I have spoken...

@dhh712 This is a thoughtful comment. Yes I can see the separate personality and physiological aspects. You are of course right. Sometimes - popularly, anecdotally, etc. - someone who chain-smokes might also be described as nervous/neurotic, etc. Maybe so; maybe not. I do think also that...

@Dropship I guess this is a humorous thread, yes....:) I guess also - in moderation - I don't have any problem with men getting rings or studs for their ears; it's become a very widespread - and imho benign - custom.
