Actually the statement fits your lopsided doctrine. You believe that God imputes righteousness to unrighteous people so that works or is consistent with your error that God is unable to judge righteously.

Nobody is saying the Holy Spirit comes and goes. But we are the ones who come and go. We enter into the Spirit...but only as God permits. We need to be in line with His Spirit.
