Thank you! Colossians 2:13-14 KJV And you, being dead in your sins and the uncircumcision of your flesh, hath he quickened together with him, having forgiven you all trespasses; [14] Blotting out the handwriting of ordinances that was against us, which was contrary to us, and took it out of the...

    Like this? Ephesians 2:14 KJV For he is our peace, who hath made both one, and hath broken down the middle wall of partition between us;
  4. Waiting on him

I hate myself, and hate being an atheist.

The Adam and Eve stuff that didn’t happen, is what you are reading in the New Testament. You see this isn’t an account of the creation of the cosmos it was a vision given from God to a man that penned his interpretation of the vision he was given.

Welcome to the forum! I’ve read through many of the post here bypassing a lot of the fluff. My question for you is what do you admire about jesus?

    Misunderstood Concepts--- Atonement

It’s only as if recent that I’ve realized what the woman is in Ephesians, that is telling to be silent. I guess it has to be God that has revealed this very important understanding. I’m beginning to see that I should just be quiet for a while.

    Misunderstood Concepts--- Atonement

I’m still processing all of the scripture that’s related to what your stating.

    Misunderstood Concepts--- Atonement

What do you see in this passage? Galatians 1:15 KJV But when it pleased God, who separated me from my mother's womb, and called me by his grace, Galatians 1:16 KJV To reveal his Son in me, that I might preach him among the heathen; immediately I conferred not with flesh and blood:

    Misunderstood Concepts--- Atonement

Wow, this is beginning to connect many dots. I’m seeing Jesus’ flesh- the veil as their way too God. It’s incredible how the Veil is often reduced to a literal curtain hanging in a stone temple.
  10. Waiting on him

    "Special Revelation" #&*@ -- Seriously??

I’m really surprised at how long you’ve all read the testimony of what your all waiting and watching for, and haven’t concluded you’ve already witnessed it?

    "Special Revelation" #&*@ -- Seriously??

The test is always the same, in the New Testament that is. The test is love. Had to pass the love test. This is why I always question myself, if I in fact have this Spirit.

Amen, and we see this in the New Testament in the book of Ephesians. Ephesians 4:13 KJV Till we all come in the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature of the fulness of Christ: So in this book where we have Paul stating...
  16. Waiting on him

TODAY you will be with me in paradise

My conclusion is that when Jesus made the statement to the individual next to him he was already in the bosom of the Father.
  17. Waiting on him

TODAY you will be with me in paradise

Precisely what I’ve been trying to say. There’s a story of these two in Genesis. Abraham being the Father and Eliezer of Damascus the first servant in his house. Abrahams only heir, prior to the gifting of children.
  18. Waiting on him

TODAY you will be with me in paradise

The fact that God was in him reconciling Himself to the world, to me this implies Jesus was already in the bosom/paradise of the Father.
  19. Waiting on him

TODAY you will be with me in paradise

    Okay, why Eliezer?
