    Eternal Security

Go back to chapter 4 and tell me what covenant is referred to as Ishmael. And what does this mean referring that covenant: 30 Nevertheless what does the Scripture say? “Cast out the bondwoman and her son, for the son of the bondwoman shall not be heir with the son of the freewoman.” 31 So...

    Eternal Security

The one given on Mt. Sinai was the Old Covenant (with the Ten Commandments, Exodus 34:28) representing Ishmael. The other Covenant was the one given to Abraham that had the Seed, representing Jesus. If there was a continuation, it is this covenant that produced the Seed with Him a New Covenant...

    Eternal Security

I'll have to disagree. Galatians 4: 21 Tell me, you who desire to be under the law, do you not hear the law? 22 For it is written that Abraham had two sons: the one by a bondwoman, the other by a freewoman. 23 But he who was of the bondwoman was born according to the flesh, and he of the...

    Eternal Security

While I hear and understand what you are saying, I would never say that a Messianic who keeps the feasts and remains kosher are not saved. To them the New Testament is a continuation of one covenant, not a replacement. Just look at Romans 14.

God the Holy Spirit - third person of the Godhead

So you are a Trinitarian, just don't know it. Okay, thanks.

    Eternal Security

I agree. Talk about the most dangerous doctrine in modern Christianity! Yikes! Jesus wrote a letter in Revelation 3:1-6 about Sardis, the dead church. That is the doctrine - the church age just following the RCC/Thyatira.

    Miracles in an instant

Because He is God, and is the same yesterday, today and forever. Miracles are part of His nature. The relevant question would be how do we enter into His glory where miracles happen? Some of us just don't care to enter in. I hope I never become one of them - the lukewarm. Revelation 3: 14 “And...

    Eternal Security

Eternal security is real, indeed, but only for those who obey. God will not be mocked - even the demons 'believe' and tremble. 1 John 3: My little children, let us not love in word or in tongue, but in deed and in truth. 19 And by this we know that we are of the truth, and shall assure our...

Who or What Is the Fire Burning?

Yes, I agree. 1 Corinthians 3 starts out with, "For when one says, “I am of Paul,” and another, “I am of Apollos,” which is the context of "ministries." Though works of the flesh are sin, this chapter is not addressing sin, but doctrines, and following man, rather than Christ.

God the Holy Spirit - third person of the Godhead

So you believe in a duity, leaving off the Spirit? Only the Father and Son are God?

God the Holy Spirit - third person of the Godhead

You don't need to be condescending. I just want to know from what you've said, am I to believe you do NOT believe Jesus is God. Can you make that statement or not?

God the Holy Spirit - third person of the Godhead

Now, I'm confused in your reasoning of not believing in the Trinity. By saying "deity of Christ" who is Christ, the Son or the Father? Is Jesus, God? If Jesus is God, who is the Father? Are their two gods? Is Jesus, the Father? If the Father is Christ, why call Jesus, the Christ?

God the Holy Spirit - third person of the Godhead

These verses help me see God. 1 John 5:7 For there are three that bear witness in heaven: the Father, the Word, and the Holy Spirit; and these three are one. Romans 8:9 But you are not in the flesh but in the Spirit, if indeed the Spirit of God dwells in you. Now if anyone does not have the...

    Does "LAW" matter?

New Testament Christians are NOT lawless. Just the opposite. Sin is lawlessness, and Jesus was manifest to take away our sin, and in Him there is no sin. How? Because we follow the LAW of the Spirit of life in Christ. It sets us free from the law of sin and death. Romans 8:2 Anyone without the...

    Testing the Spirits

The Pharisees thought they had God all figured out too. John 9: 11 He answered and said, “A Man called Jesus made clay and anointed my eyes and said to me, ‘Go to the pool of Siloam and wash.’ So I went and washed, and I received sight.” 12 Then they said to him, “Where is He?” He said, “I...

    Testing the Spirits

I agree. I just got a call from a friend who has invited me to take a day trip to Dayton, TN to see this Bible for ourselves on September 16.

    Testing the Spirits

Which of the two videos I just posted show people who walk in obedience to God? That is the test. Not the manifestation, but the people.

    Testing the Spirits

Now which is this? Of God, or the devil? Know that Todd Bentley was married, and the woman in the video was his mistress he divorced his Christian wife over and married.

    Testing the Spirits

Here is a test for those with either a true discernment of spirits or a scornful spirit of unbelief. What is your response? This is #1 in many videos on this supernatural oil. To watch the next, just look for the next #. Is this of God, or the devil?
