Overview time line chart of the 7 years

Since you include God's wrath as being part of the great tribulation then the question you asked shepherdsword, which was "Do you think it is comforting to any Christian to know that they should go through the great tribulation as you believe ?", implies that you are asking him if it is...

    The 3 Minor Feasts.

Correct. And Jew and Gentiles who have become Christians are the elect. You somehow forget to include Gentile Christians in the gathering of the elect that will occur when Jesus returns. That reeks of doctrinal bias on your part. I disagree, but that's besides the point. We're talking about who...

Overview time line chart of the 7 years

I'm not trying to change anything. Why would I do that? I wouldn't. How about you learn how to communicate more clearly? Why would you think that he would define "the great tribulation" the same as you do? Not everyone has the same understanding of what "the great tribulation" entails, so how...

    The 3 Minor Feasts.

Do you think Paul is only referring to Jews who have become Christians in the following passage where he talks about the elect... Romans 8:31 What then shall we say to these things? If God is for us, who can be against us? 32 He who did not spare His own Son, but delivered Him up for us all...

You referenced a verse, 1 Thessalonians 5:11, which relates to being comforted in terms of not being appointed to God's wrath. So, you are coming across as if you are accusing him of believing that Christians are appointed to God's wrath. But, this is all pointless unless you tell us how you...

    The 3 Minor Feasts.

The elect are not "the Jews from the nations to Israel". The elect are Christians. Romans 8:31 What then shall we say to these things? If God is for us, who can be against us? 32 He who did not spare His own Son, but delivered Him up for us all, how shall He not with Him also freely give us...

Overview time line chart of the 7 years

No one cares. That just means you have been teaching false doctrine for a long time. There are plenty of people who have been doing this for 40 years who disagree with you, so why do you even mention that? It means nothing in terms of knowing the truth. That's what we all believe about...
  8. Spiritual Israelite

Overview time line chart of the 7 years

That verse relates directly to being comforted about the fact that we are not appointed to God's wrath and "obtain salvation through our Lord Jesus Christ" instead. 1 Thessalonians 5:9 For God did not appoint us to wrath, but to obtain salvation through our Lord Jesus Christ, 10 who died for...

When does Jesus judge? Is the second coming Judgement day?

What do you base that on? That is not what Jesus Himself described in Matthew 25:31-46. In that passage He indicated that He will judge everyone when He comes with His angels. Everyone will be gathered at the same time to be judged at that point, not "as soon as they die".

All things written may be fulfilled

Your inability to address what I said about those verses says it all. You didn't even attempt to address what I said. You know that you can't refute what I said or else you would have at least tried to do so. Instead, you just repeated what you already said before, which I already refuted.

Let's examine Revelation 20:4 yet again.

True. And that happens often. I'm not willing to waste my time with his non-answers anymore.

All things written may be fulfilled

Why is the idea of them facing vengeance and wrath twice something that you can't allow? They faced physical vengeance and wrath in 70 AD. But, do you not believe that those unbelieving Jews will have to give an account of themselves to Jesus when He comes in the future, after which they will be...

All things written may be fulfilled

Jesus was talking about that event fulfilling all that was written in the Old Testament about the destruction of Jerusalem. Does context mean nothing to you? That does not preclude the fact that He will take vengeance on all unbelievers at His return as well. There's nothing written in Luke 21...

All things written may be fulfilled

LOL. But, you are completely unable to refute it, so I have no reason to take you seriously. You have the tribulation described in Luke 21:20-24 occurring just before Jesus returns, right? How can the times of the Gentiles follow His return? Jesus clearly referred to a time that He called "the...

All things written may be fulfilled

What does this response have to do with what I said in my post?

Let's examine Revelation 20:4 yet again.

I don't know what you mean by this. Please explain. They are basing it on their imaginations, in my opinion. I disagree. Matthew 22:1 And Jesus answered and spoke to them again by parables and said: 2 “The kingdom of heaven is like a certain king who arranged a marriage for his son, 3 and...

Let's examine Revelation 20:4 yet again.

I'm not going to waste any more time on you. Telling me I don't like the answer from the LORD? What kind of response is that to my question about who you think will populate the earth during the supposed future thousand years despite you agreeing that all of the wicked will be destroyed when...
  18. Spiritual Israelite

Let's examine Revelation 20:4 yet again.

That's a non-answer. That verse says nothing about who you think would populate a supposed future thousand years on the earth. If you want to be taken seriously, then you'll just answer my simple question. Otherwise, you can't be taken seriously. It's your choice.
  19. Spiritual Israelite

All things written may be fulfilled

Read 2 Thessalonians 1:7-9. Paul is not talking about Jesus coming and destroying the foundation of worship and religion, he's talking about Jesus destroying the unbelievers themselves.

All things written may be fulfilled

So, you're saying that those Jews who lived in Thessalonica could only be punished if the Roman armies happened to attack Jerusalem during one of those 3 times a year that they were in Jerusalem? The context of 2 Thessalonians 1 is in relation to the future return of Christ which is a global...
