    Controversial... Hence debate forum.

Father, Son and Holy Spirit are deeply present in Scripture; end of Matthew 28; John's Gospel, esp. chs. 10 thru 17; Romans 8; John's First Epistle, etc.

    All eschatological views are correct?

I do think the tribulation of Matthew 24 and the tribulation principle in John 16.33 are distinct, and helpful to remember.

    I don’t do tattoos

@ScottA Individual preferences differ widely, although many Godly women seem to think that receiving some ink - often faith based in design - can be done within the principles of modesty and good taste.

    The Matchless Charms Of Christ

Interesting ref. to Isaiah 58 there.

    I don’t do tattoos

@BarnyFife In Leviticus, the adjacent verse seems to say about not trimming beards; do preachers shave? Some would say there is a difference between a New Testament believer and an Old Testament Jew in the land under the law.

    Anxiety

In addition to prayer, Bible reading and fellowship, a good diet, fresh air and exercise are indeed time-honoured ways for the believer to keep healthy mentally.

    I don’t do tattoos

From a mere legal perspective, that is.... A lot of Christian young ppl will already have come to a saving knowledge of the Lord Jesus before the age of 18.

    I don’t do tattoos

@devin553344 At around 18 it's often the first really adult decision young ppl make, it seems that many Christian young ppl are strongly motivated from the start to 'nail their colors to the mast' and receive a Bible ref., quote, Christian fish sign <><, etc., on their wrist or arm, because its...

    Faith Alone is Dead

Indeed, as Ephesians 2.10 says.....(just after it says, 'not of works, lest any man should boast' in verse 9). :)

What is wrong with all these Christian anti-vaxxers?

...and what if someone with health issues already is advised medically that getting sick with Covid could be life-threatening?

    Faith Alone is Dead

Hebrews 11 and the examples of the faith of the OT saints give mighty evidence of how faith is accompanied by works, even if in the end it remains simple and profound faith.

    Anxiety

@Mayflower In the end, it's good to let the Scriptures search us, right? Isaiah 55; John 14....

    The Pre-Trib Rapture

@marks We indeed are not appointed to wrath (1 Thess. 5.9); why would we be if indeed: "The storm that bowed Thy blessed head Is hushed for ever now, And rest divine is ours instead, Whilst glory crowns Thy brow."

    The Pre-Trib Rapture

Hi @Nancy I do think that the tribulations of Matthew 24 and John 16.33 are different.
