    Righteous is as righteous does.

It's unfortunate that some people look for clarity not for brotherly purposes or for any kind of honest goal...but to attack and insult....such is the pride that motivates this kind of conduct. I think that this statement by @marks says it all...This is all a big competition to see who can look...

Seems safe enough...no arguing yet. :) No mention of gaining or losing salvation either.... Hmmm...:D

    Righteous is as righteous does.

Luke 17:10 So likewise ye, when ye shall have done all those things which are commanded you, say, We are unprofitable servants: we have done that which was our duty to do.

Do Acts of Righteousness Make One Righteous?

You are contradicting yourself. You are saying that your belief justifies you. So you are justifying yourself because you are holding a belief about Jesus. God is not involved in this. You are shutting Him out of the equation. God is looking for relationship...real contact...not religious...

    Righteous is as righteous does.

What do you mean by Jesus pulling out or enough good works? That has nothing to do with what I'm writing about.

    Righteous is as righteous does.

Zion is in the Spirit. The throne room is in the 3rd heaven. I have been there only once for maybe 20 seconds or so.

    Righteous is as righteous does.

Yes. He is our sample of God's life as a deposit. Through His abiding we have a living hope. Of course His power is not made manifest in our lives until we also abide in Him. Christ is not a minister of sin. As we abide in Him His life is pulled through us so that rivers of living water flow...

    Righteous is as righteous does.

That's right we are born of the Spirit through regeneration...or new birth. Christ is then abiding in us.

    Righteous is as righteous does.

I walked in Zion in the Spirit near 40 years ago now for the first time. :) I was baptized in the Spirit at the same time as being born anew by the Spirit. So then my experience was both Christ in me AND me in Christ. That is unusual. Many people only learn to enter Christ after some time...and...

Do Acts of Righteousness Make One Righteous?

What faith is to holiness works are to righteousness.

Do Acts of Righteousness Make One Righteous?

Well people still believe in vain...like believing that Jesus died for you is good....but that isn't what saves you.

Do Acts of Righteousness Make One Righteous?

    Follow your imagination.
  14. Episkopos

    Righteous is as righteous does.

I don't think either word is what you think they are.
  15. Episkopos

    Righteous is as righteous does.

The new creation in Christ at regeneration by the Spirit? Do you know what is meant by being born again?
  16. Episkopos

    Righteous is as righteous does.

I pray that real understanding comes to you one day.
  17. Episkopos

    Righteous is as righteous does.

That is false. Grace take away the certainty of law. Hope is not certainty.
  18. Episkopos

Do Acts of Righteousness Make One Righteous?

That is your brain trying to grasp what only a heart can do. There is no technique. You must move God from His throne.

    Here we go - Slavery

In the old days a person needed to become a servant sometimes to survive. A Hebrew slave was given the choice after 7 years to either take his freedom or become a bond-servant to the householder. Using your very limited and biased understanding here shows how bourgeois your judgment is. It is...

    Here we go - Slavery

A disciple of Christ has been transformed from a slave of sin...to a slave of righteousness. And gladly so!
