    The unforgiveable sin ?

Nothing is said of 'final impenitence'. That is a Romanist label to conform to a Romanist doctrine. As I said before, you err in understanding concerning 'forgiveness'. Was Christ forgiving Sin on the cross? Or was He paying the penalty for Sin on the Cross? Stranger

Pay attention. (John 7:5) "For neither did his brethren believe in him" These were 'His' brethren, but not believers. That can only be brothers in the flesh. Sons of Mary and Joseph. Stranger

    The unforgiveable sin ?

Go to the 'Christian Debate Forum'. Find the subject "Why is Christianity so focused on sin". Go to post #64. Begin. Take notes and get back with me. You have several pages to go through. Stranger

Ah yes, everything you present is unclear. So why not the words used. What is clear is that these brethren were unbelievers. Thus why would Christ call them brethren if they were unbelievers? Because they were his brothers. Marys sons. Cause she had sex with Joseph. She no longer was a...

    The unforgiveable sin ?

The subject in discussion is the sin that God will not forgive. Which is Blasphemy against the Holy Spirit. As I have said, Jesus was not forgiving sin on the cross. He was paying the price for sin. Forgiveness comes only after the price is paid. Else Christ cannot forgive. Repentance...

So, because you are so educated means you can't answer my question, or questions. Who is brethren in (John 7:3-5)? I gave you the answer, but at least acknowledge. And, concerning (Gen.5:4-5), what are all the names of Adams sons and daughters? Should be easy for one so linguistically...

    The unforgiveable sin ?

Where did you ask this before that I did not answer? Be specific. That Jesus paid the price for sin is literal. It is not a metaphor. Jesus paid the price to God. Stranger

No, you won't agree with me. Because I have shown you verses and you refuse to believe them. And, who is brethren in (John 7:3-5)? Why would Jesus call those who were not believers, brethren? Answer: Because they were His brethren in the flesh. His brothers. Mary's other sons. Because...

    The unforgiveable sin ?

Go back and reread my post #8. Forgiveness has nothing to do with the penalty paid. In other words, concerning eternal destiny, either your sins are paid for or they are not. It is not a question of if they are forgiven. Christ can forgive, because He paid the price. When He was dying on...

7 MORE of the very best warnings given to the churches

I told you in your first set of googled Scriptures. To which you would not respond. Just said 'chow'. So, address those before I go to all the trouble to repeat again what I have said. Just to have you run away again. Stranger

There is nothing in (Matt.48-50) that indicate any so called 'step-siblings". What a reach. Who is brethren in (John 7:3-5)? The 'fact' is you don't want Jesus to have any brothers because you want Mary a perpetual virgin. Which she was not. Therefore, any verses that prove otherwise...

What is required to go to Heaven is to accept Christ as your Lord and Saviour. That is all. Stranger

    The unforgiveable sin ?

I said in post #18 that it shall not be forgiven. Now you say I agree with you that it can be forgiven. So, how is case closed? Maybe in your mind. The unpardonable sin is not a question of eternal destiny. Stranger

How does (Luke 1:34) disagree with me. I did show you. (Matt.12:46-50) If Mary and her other sons were not being spoken of then Christ's statement in (48-50) makes no sense. And, the brethren is used by Christ for his other brothers, Mary's other sons, in (John 7:3-5) "...for neither did...

    The unforgiveable sin ?

Again, repentance plays no role in the unforgiveable sin. Jesus clearly states that "it shall not be forgiven him, neither in this world, neither in the world to come." (Matt.12:32) If this sin is committed by a believer, then judgment from God will come. But his salvation is still...

How many years ago did Dinosaurs last walk the earth?

Your view of Scripture is extremely nauseating to me. It discourages rather than encourages Bible study. It is debilitating to the Body of Christ. The Bible was written by God, not man. And God was aware of His people in the 21st century just as well as He was aware of those who came out of...

It is not in the bible.....sola scripture

I just showed you the Scriptures that state that Mary had other children. (Matt. 12:46-50) You think Mary and Joseph never had sex after they were married? You think Joseph was a perpetual virgin also? How ridiculous. Mary had sex with Joseph after Christ was born. And she did so many...

    The unforgiveable sin ?

No, repentance is from God. He allows it or He doesn't. He doesn't have to. It is not a question of salvation as far as eternal destination. It is a question of your life here and now with God. For example, Do you think Moses is in Heaven now? I assume you do, but, who knows. Well, God...

BreadOfLife Well, Mark Twain said it best. You got three kinds of lies. First is 'lies'. Second is 'damn lies'. And third is 'statistics'. What a dog and pony show you can do with statistics. Pay attention to the Scriptures. Throughout (Matthew 1-12)Christ's disciples were always...
