So are these proposals supposed to be pro-immigration or anti-? Up here in Canada the Federal Government has a long track record of being pro-immigration, for the economy to grow.

Remember too that for stamp collecting you do need to have reasonably good eyesight... Some ppl have spent a lot of time and money on stamp collections over the years and then they can see the small details nearly as clearly as they once did. I am reminded of Hebrews 12.2, to keep looking to...
