Nowhere is this in Scripture. Let me explain something to you. Words have meaning. Son's from from their Father's. The Bible explicitly says the Father alone is God.

Nowhere does the Bible qualify Jesus' death in this manner. It says he died, this means fully died like all men die. The Spirit is God, the Father's Spirit.
