The Holy Spirit John 14: 26

It's not about emotions. IF you truly sought the truth, KNOWING questions provide an answer, you would be all about answering questions posed to you. One cannot answer a question by asking a question. You must know this. Try it in any academic setting test. Have a good day.

Thank you! :) While @OneIsTheWord wanted me to elaborate, I do believe LESS IS MORE in this case. He has an agenda and my answer did not give him the fodder he hoped to advance his agenda. I know this because he did not accept my answer. NOTE: Post above showing his refusal to answer my...

It's so funny and predictable that you keep asking questions as if you have no burden to answer mine. For your convenience, my question re-posted: I eagerly await your answer.

Jehovah is either God or He is not, correct?

I generally like the CEV translation. If you look, it combines v14 -15 for easier readability. This translation is not so good when it comes to peeing matches about what word was used. Verse 14 merely says I AM has sent you. The VOICE translation explains this is why it generally refers to...

Jehovah is either God or He is not, correct?

To be honest, I never understood the trinitarian claim that Jesus has to be God if we are to be saved because only God is sinless. God was going to accept the human sacrifice of Isaac. Where is the claim that Isaac was God or that he was sinless?

Absurd Appeal to Ad Homenim. You personally attack because you lost the argument. Contradictions don’t exist in reality. Dualism = accepting contradictions as both being true. Trinitarians must accept contradictions as both being true because your doctrine is inherently contradictory. Having...

Rev 1:1 God gave a revelation to the resurrected Jesus who was given all authority in heaven and Earth. Jesus ≠ God.

The Holy Spirit John 14: 26

Common trinitarian tactic to not answer questions. By only asking questions you may presume it bestows automatic validity to your position but it actually reveals a lack of intellectual honesty. Said differently, daring to ask you yet another question; why should I answer your questions when...

The Three that Bear Witness 1 John 5:7-9

Your 1st problem is relying on a translation with 'James' in the title. God dwelling in Jesus ≠ God incarnate. You see, all that is God, all His fullness, resides in His body (The Voice)

The Holy Spirit John 14: 26

No. Since you are new here, you do not realize I normally tell people to consult their favorite lexicon when word meaning questions come up. Jesus was tortured to death for blasphemy and said blaspheming him would be forgiven. Doesn't that tell you on this point the degree of separation between...

    Understanding the Trinity.

2nd Council of Constantinople, 553 II. If anyone does not confess that God the Word was twice begotten, the first before all time from the Father, non- temporal and bodiless, the other in the last days when he came down from the heavens and was incarnate by the holy, glorious, God-bearer...

Not an answer to my 2 simple yes or no questions: Are there any benefits to using 'lots of words'? Is God foolish for using 'lots of words' per Solomon's maxim? Yes or no?

The Three that Bear Witness 1 John 5:7-9

Are there any benefits? For instance, many would say that God could not get his point across without writing 66 books, are also 'lots of words'. Does that mean God is also foolish per Solomon's maxim?

The Three that Bear Witness 1 John 5:7-9

Answer: That Jesus is NOT God, incarnate, but the Anointed. Who was Jesus Anointed by? By the LORD God almighty, not his Father but our Father. At least, according to Jesus and how he taught us to pray.

The Three that Bear Witness 1 John 5:7-9

In fact, the opposite is true. Jesus said his Father, who alone is the true God, is greater than he is. An odd thing, indeed, to say if you are God incarnate.

    Understanding the Trinity.

Well, putting aside the desperate reaching of what Jesus said to mean he was claiming to be a deity, it is beyond any doubt that there is no verse where Jesus taught the trinity doctrine. An inconvenient fact: Jesus never taught the trinity. Again, they'll desperately reach for who to baptize...
