What Is the strongest argument for atheism?

You can’t blame God for that. Who does that leave? The promise of God is far greater than rainbows and pretty flowers.

    Christian nationalism

“Important events in politics transpired in the apostle’s day, but I cannot remember an allusion to them. Great social problems were to be solved, but his one and only solution was the preaching of the great Saviour who is to cleanse the Augean stables of the world. For Paul there was but one...

Middle East Peace : ''I am''

I’ve listened to Lennon’s song. My advice: Listen to, believe and obey Jesus. Lennon can’t save anyone; Jesus can and does.

God does exist and the evidence is all around us.

What Is the strongest argument for atheism?

From my X / Twitter “Following” feed this afternoon - “When skeptics demand evidence for God, @askcutcliffe likes to turn the conversation around with a few questions of his own. What do their answers reveal about the beliefs they live by?”...

Middle East Peace : ''I am''

The Bible says that there will be. Agnostic / atheist vs. God, readers.

    The most misunderstood verse

I’m currently reading John 17 daily for a week in my personal intensive Bible reading plan. What I‘m interested in learning is why you didn’t mention him in your post.

I’m in a strange place: very conservative, but not Christian

    The most misunderstood verse

I like your attitude. The pastor, so far as I’m aware, isn’t a registered member of this platform. I’m doing here what he is doing on X. One might think of it as me, unofficially, acting as his agent / representative. I don’t know him. He didn’t send me. He’s getting a good response on X. I’m...

    The most misunderstood verse

The pastor / person is reading the room. It’s a fact finding mechanism. What is on the mind of his audience. That, specifically, is what he will address. In other words, meeting people where they are.

    God Commands Righteous Violence

Merriam-Webster definition of pacifism - “1. opposition to war or violence as a means of settling disputes 2. an attitude or policy of non-resistance” https://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/pacifism Does the definition reflect the teaching and practice of Jesus and the apostles? Jesus...

    The most misunderstood verse

Let me rephrase to make it a more generic question: Why would any pastor - to make it even more generic, any person - ask a question which he knows before asking is so broad in scope? The pastor / person is casting a wide net.

    God Commands Righteous Violence

“Some Christians don’t want the Prince of Peace; they want a prince who packs a piece.” (John Fugelsang, Separation of Church and Hate, p. 244) Mr. Fugelsang has a point, but I think it’s too sharp. All Christians want the Prince of Peace. The issue is what his followers are to be doing...
