Maybe so. For instance, maybe a young Christian woman has a tattoo of a non-Christian ex-bf (e.g., 'Bill') and she decides to try to rectify matters and have a tattoo artist change 'Bill' into 'Bible', etc.

A helpful thing to remember when reading is whether a passage is referring to Israel or the church or to Gentiles (1 Corinthians 10.32).
