I think we need to be careful how we use the words 'self' and 'person'. Father, Son and Holy Spirit are Divine Persons, and gloriously so.

To think it used to be almost exclusively a man thing, for sailors and bikers. But now, if everyone plans properly, it can be done (faith based or not) with confidence as both a very manly and also very womanly thing.

I guess that your advice now would be to those who have not yet done their first ink (whether faith based or not), make sure you do it with careful planning so that later you won't regret a good inking experience.

I'm sure this is a very apt observation about fashion in your area! I reckon you have been an accurate observer over the years, and still are. Fashion is really one of things that goes like a yo-yo; first something is in, then it's out, then it's maybe in again, etc.... Frankly when it comes...
