  1. Behold

    Who are you ?

I accept the authority of the Bible as my Final authority. Yet, if a person cuts and pastes a wall of verses, this proves they have good cut and paste skills, and feel that this is proof they are right about something. But it does not prove anything. What proves everything, is if someone can...
  2. Behold

    intentional sins?

Its almost a blanket blindness within the body of Christ, that you are defining. Very few believers are left who actually understand that when Paul said this.. "if you walk in the Spirit, you shall not sin".. "you shall not commit works of the flesh". "Sin shall not have dominion over you"...
  3. Behold

Was the death on the cross necessary?

The Cross could not have been bypassed if God was going to offer people on the earth a chance to become a member of His Eternal Family. "without the shedding of blood, there is no remission".....there is no pardon, forgiveness, or "new Creation in Christ".

    Misrepresentation of the Law

Obedience to the law, is not the 2nd covenant. Its actually exactly not that. The 2nd Covenant, has nothing to do with the Law. The 2nd Covenant, is the New Testament, who is Jesus, and the covenant is to be "under Grace"
  5. Behold

    Who are you ?

I never lecture. It feels like this to you, and i can understand why.
  6. Behold

    Who are you ?

    How are you doing?
  7. Behold

    Who are you ?

The blood of Jesus has already cleansed your sin. Romans 4:8 says that God does not charge you with your sin, if you are born again. So, you have the verse, 1Jn 1:9, but you don't understand it, because its always the same, the bible is not a novel. You don't just read it, and think you know it...
  8. Behold

    To remember no more.

The end result of salvation, is, that you are accepted by God. = Heaven is gained. Salvation, Grace, the Blood Atonement, (same) is the sole and singular method and entire means that God uses and provides, to accept you, and keep you as His, forever. Some, who are very self righteous, have...

Real Love on a Christian Forum

"Love" is always an interesting topic, amongst believers. Lots of thoughts on it. Lots of confusion regarding how to understand what it means to walk in love. The Carnal Christian needs the huggy, feely, sweet, syrupy, type of idea, regarding love, or they feel that you don't love. The Carnal...
  10. Behold

    Who are you ?

It will be difficult for you to learn anything, if you feel that because you have much to learn, you should behave badly. I dont consider your sarcasm to be a learning experience. You are just one more who isn't here to learn. You just want to argue theology, but you dont really have access...
  11. Behold

    Who are you ?

Dont confuse negative with reality. And i'm not certain what you means by "the righteousness you claim"? Are you talking about mine? My God given Righteousness? Well that is as sinless as Jesus, and its "the Gift of righteousness". And if you need me to post a lot of verses, i can do it, but...
  12. Behold

What to do about Carnal moments.

We are not "righteous" because we do good works. "works" are "filthy rags". we are righteous because God has given us His "Gift of Righteousness".
  13. Behold

    Who are you ?

Yes, all are under sin, when they are a Christ Rejector. But once a person is born again, there are not under sin. They are "Under Grace".

How does the Theory of Penal Substitution Atonement necessitate the Cross?

its not necessary that you answer a question asking you to share your conversion experience, but, when you wont do it, your forum cred disappears.
  15. Behold

How does the Theory of Penal Substitution Atonement necessitate the Cross?

The Cup that the Apostles shared with Jesus was the Bread and the Wine. The Apostles could not have shared the Cross with Jesus, because the Apostles were not sinless. Jesus was sinless, so that is the reason that He and only he, could qualify for the Cross.
  16. Behold

How does the Theory of Penal Substitution Atonement necessitate the Cross?

I have no idea who Bob George is.. Have you been listening to The Buddha again recently?? So, here you go.. John 3:16..."for God so love the WORLD = That He Gave".. Gave what? Jesus. The Cross Redemption "justification by faith". Blood Atonement Eternal Life Kingdom of God
  17. Behold

How does the Theory of Penal Substitution Atonement necessitate the Cross?

Precious in the sight of the LORD is the death of his saints. when i am weak, then i am strong its is not i who lives but Christ who lives in me Paul is referring to the sufferings he was yet to suffer, and was not suggesting that the Cross was needing. its interesting that all the Apostles...
  18. Behold

How does the Theory of Penal Substitution Atonement necessitate the Cross?

Yes, Jesus became sin, died for it, ended it.....FOR THE WORLD. This is why the Gospel is the Gospel of reconciliation, whereby God has forgiven, thru the Cross, all sin. Salvation IS the reconciliation of God to ..... = Its a full justification and redemption freely OFFERED to everyone in the...

How does the Theory of Penal Substitution Atonement necessitate the Cross?

What you does not even make any sense. Im curious, Candidus... Are you a Christian? If so, how did this happen to you?
