    It’s not difficult as it seems to you and it’s not nonsense. It’s basic New Testament history. I’ve quoted elsewhere from the New International Dictionary of New Testament Theology: Jesus made the creed of Judaism his own. I’m talking about 1st century Judaism.

    I don’t deny that Jesus is divine, nor do I believe that he is a mere man. Unbelieving Jewish monotheists do. Have you read the works of the Gnostics?
