@Butterfly: When it seems that both sides are not telling the truth, it can be hard for outsiders to figure what is going on.

There's so much contrast between the Old and the New Testaments, between the church's spiritual thinking and the ceremonial thinking of Israel, between the world in unbelief and the church in faith.

This does not take into account all that happened at Pentecost, the distinction between a heavenly people and an earthly people, the coming of the Lord for his saints in the air / with His saints to reign, etc. Lumping all these aspects together is totally inadequate, according to my...

Who are the passages about? only if you lump together the church, Israel and the tribulation saints does one get an amorphous event and entity.

I tend to feel the same about my dreams...

People can get really worked up about politics. Whereas the believer should look above and keep 'looking unto Jesus' (Hebrews 12.2).

For some ppl it can act as a caution, I'm sure; and others would think in terms of throwing caution to the wind, I suppose.
