It's defined by 'whosoever believeth' in John 3.16. We don't know the end from the beginning and the eternal counsels of God; but He does!

Since God's Word is now complete - whereas in transitional Apostolic times it was not - I do question why so called tongues are supposedly necessary.

So has Dr Martin been busy in ministry for many years?
