Infant Baptism is not given in scripture.

You use a lot of words to explain nothing. Water baptism has nothing to do with removal of dirt from the flesh: that's as silly as the argument you continually make. "BAPTISM DOTH NOW SAVE US". You cannot explain away the simplicity of these words.

Infant Baptism is not given in scripture.

The "keep reading" part does not nullify or negate the preceeding words, it simply further explains them and the Godly logic, but, the following words as stated, does NOT nullify ir negate them. I suggest you simply read the very clear words and embrace them for what they say. "BAPTISM DOTH NOW...

Infant Baptism is not given in scripture.

It says in plain English "BAPTISM DOTH NOW SAVE US". Can you read and understand? Evidently not.

    Why faith alone? The answer...

So you have an automatic free pass of salvation going forward no matter what, right? Is that your belief, kinda like the Biden pardons for his family for future illegal things they may do; they're automatically pardoned in advance, eh? So, would the future backside be pardoned, one that was a...

    Why faith alone? The answer...

There is a difference between continually and continuously. The scripture 1John 1, infers infers that the blood of Christ continually cleanses us. We're saved from our past sins at the time of our immersion into Christ, but that saving does not automatically, continously, save us going forward...

    Why faith alone? The answer...

    Explain "older and better"

    Why faith alone? The answer...

That's exactly what you're initially saved from. Further sinning requires repentance and prayer for forgiveness.

    Why faith alone? The answer...

When one is saved, it's from past sins

Born again - Before, or After, the Call?

The "working of miracles" by mankind WAS a spiritual gift.

Born again - Before, or After, the Call?

Romans 10:9 is not all that's required to be saved. Confession of your belief is only one of the elements of salvation. The Ethiopian eunuch, Acts 8, confessed but was then baptized. The need to also be baptized was obviously part of Philip's preaching to him of the gospel, if you read the...

What did Jesus die to save us from?

We are saved from our past sins; they are remitted, forgiven, at the point of baptism into Christ, and thereby brings us into a union with God and saved from his wrath.

WHICH CHURCH IS HEBREWS WRITTEN TO?

Actually, it was addressed to the newly converted Hebrews, Christian Hebrews. To a specific church or congregation, it doesn't say. And it warns them of returning to their old ways/religious beliefs, rejecting Christ in the process, putting him again to an open shame, and the consequences of...

    WHO DOES BAPTISM SAVE?

You obviously don't know what you're talking about. Goodbye

Infant Baptism is not given in scripture.

"Baptism doth now save us". Can't get any clearer than that.

    WHO DOES BAPTISM SAVE?

To believe as you do forces you to pit scripture against scripture, accepting some rejecting others. That's what you're doing. You're in essence saying, disregard thus scripture in favor of that one. Doesn't work that way.
  16. D

    WHO DOES BAPTISM SAVE?

That's NOT what the scriptures clearly say. Belief saves no one. Belief and obedience is necessary, and obedience requires that you follow through with your belief by confession of it as the Ethiopian eunuch did in Acts 8, repentance, as the Jews were told to do on Acts2, and baptism, also per...

Infant Baptism is not given in scripture.

No, it's not the cleansing of the flesh by the water, but it's still by baptism we are united with Christ and become part of the body, so, it is baptism that saves us as the scripture clearly says; without baptism there is no salvation.

Infant Baptism is not given in scripture.

Man was not born with original sin. No such terminology jn scripture. Adam wasn't born with original sin. He committed sin as did Eve. The early church meaning what? Subsequent to the written scriptures? The church in biblical times was going off the rails as evidenced by the NT writings, let...

    WHO DOES BAPTISM SAVE?

Baptism saves the penitent believer then and now. Weren't the Gentiles saved by baptism as were the jews? Wasn't Cornelius in need of baptism and wasn't he and his baptized? Who were the bulk of NT letters written to, Israel, the Jews? No; gentiles. Baptism also accomplishes other things that...

Infant Baptism is not given in scripture.

Infants are not born in sin. Period. It's not possible, and illogical. Sin is a transgression. And you answered your own question by citing the scripture that all must become as little children. Answer the scripture relating to tge whole household being baptized does not say children or...
