    70 AD revisited

You can join Timtofly telling Jesus that He got His metric wrong. Let us know what He says.

    70 AD revisited

Daniel 9 is about the destruction of Jerusalem and the temple: 26 ...the people of the prince that shall come shall destroy the city and the sanctuary... Daniel 11 and 12 are not. Different events.

    70 AD revisited

They're not my metric. They're Jesus' metric. Have you told Him that He got His metric wrong?

    The Time is Fulfilled

You're right, it's not about you, because you deny and reject the righteousness and reconciliation of Daniel 9:24. It is about me, because I've accepted and experienced the righteousness and reconciliation of Daniel 9:24. Too bad about you.

    The Time is Fulfilled

Daniel 9:24 is Calvary and Calvary concerns everyone. Are Jewish Christians in Jerusalem holy today?

    The Time is Fulfilled

You're clearly unable to answer the question. Every individual of every nation, including every Jew inside and outside of Jerusalem who has knelt at the Cross and received Christ since Calvary; has experienced Daniel 9:24. Daniel 9:24 is about every one of them. Learn some kindergarten...

    The Time is Fulfilled

You didn't answer the question. Is Daniel 9:24 referring to something other than what occurred at Calvary?

    The Time is Fulfilled

Did Daniel 9:24 occur somewhere other than Calvary?

    The Time is Fulfilled

Did you know that, folks? Calvary is not about us. If you've knelt at the Cross and believed that you've received salvation, too bad. You're still mired in unrighteousness and iniquity.

    70 AD revisited

There is no reference to the temple or the holy of holies in Matthew 24:15. The reference is to the holy place, for which Luke 21:20 provides the identification, which was Jerusalem, known in Scripture as the holy city (Nehemiah 11:1; Matthew 4:5; 27:53). The appearance of the Roman armies...

    70 AD revisited

I concur. What Jesus was describing was recognized by the Judaean Christians during the period approaching 70 AD as the fulfillment of the warning sign which would trigger their flight to safety. Matthew 24:15,16; Luke 21:20,21. They heeded His warning and fled and survived.

Thought on Nero (Spirit of the Antichrist - Man of lawlessness - The Beast?)

You're right, they don't. So why are you trying to be one?

    70 AD revisited

Name one. I read Jerusalem, armies, and desolation. What words are you reading?
  14. C

    70 AD revisited

Luke 21.20 “When you see Jerusalem being surrounded by armies, you will know that its desolation is near. The Roman armies were God's instruments to wreak desolation upon Jerusalem. They were an abomination to the Jews because of the pagan ensigns which they worshipped and bore in battle. You...

    Daniels 70-Weeks Timeline

Your "interpretation" cannot even pass the basic grammar test, which is the starting point for all interpretation. You've crashed before you get off the ground.

    Daniels 70-Weeks Timeline

Grammar doesn't mock, ridicule, twist, or misrepresent. It just declares.

    Daniels 70-Weeks Timeline

If you don't consider grammar important, just leave it for those who do.

    Daniels 70-Weeks Timeline

The first challenge which must be successfully met is that of simple grammar. It is governed by objective rules, not subjective "views". You flunk.

Why couldn't you answer the question?

Thought on Nero (Spirit of the Antichrist - Man of lawlessness - The Beast?)

Innumerable individuals and groups over the two millennia of NT Christianity have claimed, as do you, to be the sole and exclusive purveyors of truth. They are known by one name in common. Cults.
