    Daniels 70-Weeks Timeline

Examine the evidence, beginning with that of simple grammatical antecedents/referents. They point to Christ throughout.

    Daniels 70-Weeks Timeline

Not when the time constraints align themselves. Jesus is found throughout all of verses 24 through 27 inclusive. Your view does not comport with Scripture, grammar, history, or logic.

    Daniels 70-Weeks Timeline

I am well aware thereof. Do you think Daniel was referring to a "messiah the prince" other than Christ?
  4. C

    Daniels 70-Weeks Timeline

Mine is. Messiah the Prince, the prince that shall come, was and is Jesus. Scripturally, grammatically, historically, and logically.

    Verse 25 5057 [e] nā·ḡîḏ, נָגִ֔יד the Prince N‑ms Verse 26 5057 [e] nā·ḡîḏ נָגִ֤יד of the prince N‑ms The reason for the difference is self-evident.

    Daniels 70-Weeks Timeline

Explain the context of the nonexistent OT word "antichrist". Stop perpetuating your dispensational delusions.

    Daniels 70-Weeks Timeline

Twice is sufficient for me. There is no other nagid like Him. Nowhere in all of Scripture is antichrist (a word for which does not exist in ancient Hebrew or Aramaic) referred to as a prince, nagid or otherwise. That detonates your malinterpretation of the 70 weeks.

    Daniels 70-Weeks Timeline

So you don't believe that the Messiah is Jesus. Another flunker. "Prince" is "nagid" in both Daniel 9:25 and 9:26.

    Daniels 70-Weeks Timeline

Since you can't understand it, then leave it for those who can.

    Daniels 70-Weeks Timeline

Messiah the Prince came 2,000 years ago. True. They were God's people serving as His agents of judgment and destruction. Messiah the Prince was not and is not a Roman. Jeremiah 43 10 And say unto them, Thus saith the Lord of hosts, the God of Israel; Behold, I will send and take...

    Daniels 70-Weeks Timeline

Has God ever used people other than the Jews to accomplish His purposes?

    The Time is Fulfilled

Happened at Christ's first coming. Colossians 1:13
  13. C

    Daniels 70-Weeks Timeline

"Your" flunked English. The grammatical antecedent/referent of "prince" in verse 26 is "Messiah the Prince" in verse 25.

    Daniels 70-Weeks Timeline

There is only one Individual identified as a prince in the passage. He is Messiah. Messiah was and is not a Roman.

Thought on Nero (Spirit of the Antichrist - Man of lawlessness - The Beast?)

John identified it as hearsay: "...ye have heard that antichrist shall come..." He then corrected their misapprehension by informing them that many antichrists were already present. The only future antichrist is the fabrication of the apostate papacy's counter-reformation Jesuit Francisco...

    The Time is Fulfilled

“All the names which in the Scripture are applied to Christ, by virtue of which it is established that He is over the church, all the same names are applied to the Pope.” Robert Cardinal Bellarmine, De Conciliorum Auctoriatate (On the Authority of the Councils) Bk 2, chap. 17 “The pope is of so...

    The Time is Fulfilled

Colossians 1 12 Giving thanks unto the Father, which hath made us meet to be partakers of the inheritance of the saints in light: 13 Who hath delivered us from the power of darkness, and hath translated us into the kingdom of his dear Son: The Father knows that His Dear Son established His Kingdom.

    The Time is Fulfilled

That precisely describes the apostate papacy, as the Reformers recognized.
