The answer is also in Isaiah 45 (referring to Cyrus as the darkness, the works of Satan): “Thus says the Lord to His anointed, To Cyrus, whose right hand I have held— To subdue nations before him And loose the armor of kings, To open before him the double doors, So that the gates will not be...

I form the light, and create darkness: I make peace, and create evil: I the Lord do all these things. Isaiah 45:7 Whether Satan, or Pharaoh, or Cyrus, or the Samaritans, or Catholics, or Mormons...God forms the light and the darkness. Both passages are true, but He divides them.

That is not what the scriptures say. It is written, "It is appointed for men to die once, but after this the judgment, so Christ was offered once to bear the sins of many." Which is death of the flesh. After that the judgement regarding eternity. Our eternal soul is a different matter...for...

The Target is the Kingdom of God. The Target phase is the approach, from which you had purchased your last. But there is more, after which your fellow servant bids you Holy ground. Even so, age old restraints still form.

I have an "In God we trust" sticker on my vehicle... :Broadly: But I suppose there are a few reasons more don't have them: Many who are humble or conservative do not wear their allegiances on their sleeve. They typically are not the loud ones in the crowd. My sticker(s) cost me $20 (which I...

"Encourage" "hypocrites" and those who "reject, ridicule, kill...hinder...and quench the Spirit?" No, that is not what is called for. But do not misunderstand, my first post in this thread was to encourage those who have faith in God's word being truthful and without contradiction. And only...

Oh, you mean like: Pause and wonder! Blind yourselves and be blind! They are drunk, but not with wine; They stagger, but not with intoxicating drink. For the Lord has poured out on you The spirit of deep sleep, And has closed your eyes, namely, the prophets; And He has covered your heads...

Woe to the hypocrites who study the scriptures but do not see themselves repeating the folly of ages past when the words of God came by those sent and they rejected, ridiculed, and killed them; who have not learned, but continue to quench the Spirit with their practices, and things approved by...

You considered the placement of Jesus cleansing the Temple in the different gospels a contradiction. I have told you why it is not, but is on purpose, and a revelation. But it was not I who spoke. Same goes for the other passages. Your considering them sensible or nonsensical speaks rather of you.

Jesus said "whoever believes in Me shall be saved." Yet, there is believing, and there is believing. If one believes they are a frog, it doesn't make them a frog. The only believing salvation that is true is if "It is finished." If it is it is, and if it is not it is not. Every passage named...

So...you are a prideless accuser of what you "think" is "nonsensical?" That's pretty much what you said. Interesting admission.

This topic of "women" is a common misunderstanding. Unbeknownst to Paul, he merely was taking a reasonable and traditional approach to a disruption then caused by "women." But that is not why the passage and issue has become a part of the eternal word of God. Yes, cultures and traditions change...

It is prideful and "rational people" who "quench the Spirit" and thereby "take away the key of knowledge."

No time for "all truth" as promised-- So shall it be written of you.

Paul is connecting Psalm 40 with the fulfillment of its greater content and context of the gospel, just as Jesus fulfilled the Psalm...with His own body. No contradiction, just "line upon line, here a little there a little" truth, as it is written--“Therefore every scribe instructed concerning...

Again, Matthew and Mark speak of the flesh (of Messiah), while John speaks of the Spirit--"before the foundation of the world." Both again are true and without contradiction.

All "inconsistencies" are not "contradictions. Mark 5:21-24 speaks from the perspective of the flesh, while Matthew 9:18 speaks from the perspective of the Spirit. Both are true and without contradiction--as the word of God speaks of both, and thus must be "rightly divided."

The Light that follows you is the Truth, coming from behind. Still each passage is life and death, blessing and cursing, set before us all. BTW, regarding: Gods Mercy: Vision Angelina Wednesday at 5:30 PM 1 min read Views 31 Reaction score 3 Dreams and Visions Vision About Gods Mercy I was...

If you think you know of any, you show a lack of understanding. Nothing personal, but to confirm my comment--and for those who believe there are contradictions in the Bible, I am willing to show you by example...if you would like to name one. And when you are done with one, another, and another...

There are no " biblical contradictions", only a lack of understanding.
