No one has seen God at any time, John?

How is it that you do not understand that Messiah was the Last under that failed theology--not failed because of believing that God is One, but because they did not believe He was God with us--and He took up the cross to save them from what they did not know? (Scripture italicized)

No one has seen God at any time, John?

I got that--that Messiah is perhaps just a man filled with the spirit of God--from what you said above. Yet, the real issue is that you do not consider Jesus God. If that is not your position, please clarify.

No one has seen God at any time, John?

Jesus (the Word) did however seal a portion for due season well beyond His theology as presented during that time of His first appearing.

Don't misunderstand. I speak against 'isms if they speak against the scriptures. That's it. And you have named your 'ism first before God by doing so against His Word.

No one has seen God at any time, John?

It is good that you see a difference in trinitarianism and monotheism...that is a sign of coming around full circle, back to God is One. I am simply clarifying that, that One has an Image...and because that Image comes in flesh and blood, walks and talks, and identifies as a Child of even His...

Okay, in that context: This is mine >

No one has seen God at any time, John?

There are many passages (not just John 1:1), God with us, etc., etc. But I don't see that as the issue with Matthias, not exactly. It's just that he misrepresents the entire "Our image" claim of God in the beginning and the "One" claims in the end--even that--"The Beginning and the End"...as if...

No one has seen God at any time, John?

None of this was ever a debate that I should go back and discover the details of your position. I have no position, and make no claims that are mine. But you are not representing the One True God well, in fact have crossed a line where you admittedly refer to a religious sect as your authority...

No one has seen God at any time, John?

I do not deny my saying that God is my authority. You have been clear. However, the scriptures say Messiah is the Word, and the Word is God. As for God being in Messiah, that is different that saying they are One as the scriptures say. The bridge that I offered was not from me to you, but...

No one has seen God at any time, John?

I will not and do not deny God. But you have forgotten that He is One as you deny that He is Christ.

If I claim nothing that is mine, I make no claim. This too is written.

A bridge, Light through the prism of Christ. For you.

No one has seen God at any time, John?

I wasn't making any claim, nor speaking. Or does your belief not allow for that?

No one has seen God at any time, John?

I was not debating, but stating what is actually true. Your authority would appear to be the Jewish monotheism belief, as you stated. But then again, they were wrong about Jesus. My authority is God, and confirmed in the scriptures from the beginning. But it's not a contest. God wins.

No one has seen God at any time, John?

Yes, and I understand how you worded that too. But just as it would be a mistake to think that your own picture is actually another person instead of the "image" you are as revealed and stated from the beginning, the same is true of Jesus. So, yes, the most special picture in the Father's...

No one has seen God at any time, John?

You're not understanding. It's simply image vs. who the image is of. For example, if you showed someone a picture of you and asked them who it is...they would be correct in saying it is you, but also saying it is not you but only an image of you. You are one. They are One.

No one has seen God at any time, John?

Each of these passages is a revelation of what is actually true (but only eluded to). Jesus' explanation: "The wind blows where it wishes, and you hear the sound of it, but cannot tell where it comes from and where it goes. So is everyone who is born of the Spirit" (John 3:8), answers the...

I have decided to follow Jesus?

Hi @GRACE ambassador, The thread question is very simple and makes for a good discussion. But the rest of your above posts contents left me not sure of your intentions, like maybe I should close my eyes and point at just one thing on the list, like flipping the pages of the Bible and pointing...
