Covid is a Biblical Plague, Video causes panic

To fulfill this prophecy we need a blimp, a Jesus balloon, and some air horns.

I used to love that movie.

    The Lottery

A PR campaign asking for organ donors on their licenses is acceptable. Forcing it wouldn't be, like flipping the switch. It is a nice twist on the old morality question. Somehow the pre-meditation of harvesting people's organs makes it seem worse than a snap decision to divert a train. But...

    The Lottery

Hollar "train" because taking action with the track switch could counteract measures people are taking to save themselves if they flee the train's path.

    What If

1 Corinthians 15:17-18 17 And if Christ has not been raised, your faith is futile; you are still in your sins. 18 Then those also who have fallen asleep in Christ are lost.

Anybody Ever Have This Issue Before?

Maybe the movie has some copyrighted music in the background, that the producers have to pay royalties for when selling each copy. And they donated it to the library under a special license but don't want to pay the royalties for the music, so the library copy was muted during the song.

Is the human "spirit" the "perception" they hold; God's or Satan's lie (carnal mind)?

I can't agree that human spirit means the same as perception. I think of it like a spiritual place somehow accompanying a person, like ships and their crew. Spiritual beings by literally being there, like guests or even unwanted guests, will influence your ship.

Is Satanism a valid religion?/Quote from a professor in college

I recall a member who went on to be with the Lord many years ago. He was an ex-Satanist who didn't really believe in Satan. That is until Satan spoke to this guy and declared ownership over him. Nevertheless he went on and was saved eventually. There must be a cognitive dissonance, where you...

Is Satanism a valid religion?/Quote from a professor in college

I had to move this to the non-Christian section so that everyone will still be able to participate.

Was Jesus's Baptism about cleansing the Sacrifice ..Himself?

Melchizedek preceeded Aaron. He was both a king and a priest. So there are similarities with Jesus.

Can the soul be what the brain uses to think?

I think it more to do with God's timelessness. To him Adam and Eve were dead because they were good as dead.

glorifed body vs ressurcted body.... which is which

People who are resurrected such as Lazarus had normal human bodies. Glorified bodies are more angel like.

    [Various Questions]christian life

Say whats on your heart, you might regret it later but there is no reason because we don't know you personally. Everyone would be affected by second guessing themselves after opening up, to different degrees. It really is mysterious. When you're speaking in public have you heard you should...

Is Satan a real entity or a metaphor for evil?

There is also the part about not enduring sound doctrine, so whatever movement this refers to must also include a rejection of orthodox doctrines.

Is Satan a real entity or a metaphor for evil?

From what I've seen liberals who claim they are Christian treat the bible as not being authoratative, disregarding inconvinent parts of it, and misinterpreting it to fit their beliefs. 2 Timothy 4:3 explains. I'll not repeat their arguements, but there are many.

Is Satan a real entity or a metaphor for evil?

It may be true that so many Christians do not believe a literal Satan exists. There is a selection bias because this belief is held by liberal Christians who are the minority here.

    [Various Questions]christian life

Something like that is dangerous. Witches commute with demons. Demons are the enemy, and will tempt you with falsehoods mixed with some worthless but true knowledge. Their goal is to keep you from God and keep people in bondage. Yea it likely contains doctrines of demons. They are prevalent...

Is Satan a real entity or a metaphor for evil?

Reducing Satan to an metaphor seems like a ploy to give universalism greater merit. If there is no devil, angels, demons, etc there is no need for a literal hell. And then dead humans can't go there either.

    [Various Questions]christian life

Doctrines of demons are false teachings and schemes of the enemy. Trust God, and build a relationship with him, that way he can lead you away from these. There is no way to discern what are doctrines of demons without the Holy Spirit.
