My lack of involvement with this forum at times is from questioning the profit of my own posts but not from you guys. I want you all to know that I appreciate your prayers, encouragement and testimonies. I may not agree or fit in with everyone but it's a privilege to have an online space to...

Thank you for answering. I do understand that Christians don't commonly refer to Jesus as the Word of God. But I do believe Jesus is, among other things, the Living Word and that Scripture/The Bible is also the Living Word. I believe the Scripture is the thing we digest so that we don't "live...

The righteous are scarcely saved and the way is narrow. All Christians aren't going either. Hell is God's way of honoring our free will. If we don't want to serve Him and be in loving co-union, than He won't force us. A lot of times I think people see heaven as the default that we are...

What do you say is the difference between Logos and Scripture as the Word of God?

Any group or ideology trying to teach you to not have reverence for the Word of God has an evil agenda and will lead you to the lake of fire. Everyone who does wrong loves to hear how they don't have to live by Scripture. But Jesus is coming back as the Word of God. Rev 19:13

John 1:1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. Revelation 13:19 And he was clothed with a vesture dipped in blood: and his name is called The Word of God. The Lord and His Word aren't separate. If you revere and honor the Word, you are honoring Jesus.

The enemy's rage, I feel it. He wants me to turn back to my old ways. Turn back to all the comfort and acknowledgement of the world. But I won't. I won't turn back to disobedience, pleasure, lust, and vanity. These things feel good for a moment but leave me empty It is time to embrace the...

Ready to embrace the world's hatred for Christ.

"The True Gospel. I would like to share with you what I understand to be the true, more complete gospel, which virtually all churches miscommunicate. Jesus gave us one primary commandment, which is two-fold. All other subsequent commandments uphold his primary, new commandment, and they are...

You're welcome. True people of God ought to speak courageously against sin even if the world hates us for it. Even if other professing Christiams hate us for it. Because generations before us didn't hold the line and compromised on how to obey the gospel, the modern western church is suffering...

North Carolina. That sounds so good

Well put. Can we stop using Romans 7 to justify sin now?

Tired of the false humility of the "were all Christian sinners and that's all we'll ever be" mentality of modern Christians. Jesus didn't die so we'd develop a defeatist mentality toward sin.

"whosoever doeth not righteousness is not of God" Part of 1 John 3:10. Christians need to wake up and read 1 John 3 out loud.
