How sad. I pray God changes the culture of this forum to that of civility, respect, edification, and love. Every online christian community is not like that though, as Ive recently discovered. The tone of the posts and the culture differ from group to group.

For me, it's rice and bread. Bread has gotten a lot of bad press. But Jesus liked bread so it can't be that bad. It's delicious and Im not giving it up. I have lost 22 pounds last year but I refused to eliminate any food group in the process.
