The force is George Lucas' fantasy religion invented for a story, it isn't real.

The Lord loathes to send anyone to hell, you shouldn't even entertain this thought for your alters. 1 Timothy 2:3-5 "This is good, and pleases God our Savior, who wants all people to be saved and to come to a knowledge of the truth. For there is one God and one mediator between God and mankind...

Hello, welcome! We need more with less, we are richly blessed to have you here.

What do you mean? Do you want someone to agree with you each time you say "can you say me it?" I am not one to be lead by the spirits of men, even if what they say happens to be true. Call me stubbern if you will.

Isn't the Sabbath a shadow of the Lord's rest? I am only scratching the surface here, but the last day of creation is focusing on the end, it is from a temporal perspective looking forward to eternal life. Sunday is looking back to the beginning, our beginning in eternity for those who already...

Praying for the pneumonia to be cured, and for your lungs to return to normal quickly. Also praying that the high BP is merely a symptom that returns to normal in Jesus name.

Sounds like Sodom's sin from Ezekiel 16:48-50. So I would think that we should be seeing an increase in the prevalence of this mental disorder as society digresses.

So if psychopathy is caused by some ancestral curse, what caused the curse?

One question I have to which I have no definate answer, can such a person be saved while still afflicted by one of these mental illnesses? All those characteristics listed in the OP are antithetical to Christian behavior. Yet the working of their mind is outside their control. Other mental...

I know that before I ban someone I should consider what Jesus would think about it. No doubt my work will come up before the Judgement seat, but I have a clear contience in all cases. There will also be an accounting for every idle word here or on any forum. That is why I don't get too...

I had responded to someone else who used the word "Focused," but didn't bother to quote them. "Broad" was the opposite word. "Cantaloupe" the new word. If you don't pick a new word two people could just keep repeating the same two opposites.

Praying for your wife and for you, to recover quickly from the flu.

People are quick to call chaotic that which they can't predict or understand. For example the percieved randomness of the casting of lots. To every human it would be considered chaotic, but not so for God. Proverbs 16:33 Moves of the Spirit are also unpredictable. Also verified by at least...

Yes thank you Enoch.

Discrimination has a double meaning, do you have reason to believe it is the one with a negative connotation?

I think you're right, and it is a despicable tactic. Both sides will profit from pushing this as far as it can go. It will get people personally invested.

I believe Creation has in it metaphors for spiritual truths, so I thought to create this thread so everyone can share their insights and discuss them. Some of these are revealed in the bible. Like the wheat and tares: The wheat and tares look the same till fully grown. When fully grown the...

If you need proof that the democrats have no respect for the rule of law it is right here. Only two democrats voted against impeachment, and no republicans for it. Of these two Van Drew appears to be conscientious regarding his decision. The other appears to have voted in accordance to the...

I am aware of no such clause, the 22nd amendment prevents the president from serving more than 8 years. While it is possible for a president to serve 10 years if they were a VP who took over for the previous president mid-term that doesn't apply here. The whole impeachment proceeding is merely...

A thought provoking poem. Welcome!
