The one who is still to come

First off, I am not a "trinitarian." But what I have been addressing, explains why those who have believed in a Trinity, have not been wrong, but rather only shortsighted. Meaning, they have only considered things according to this world where all is divided out of God--even Christ, just as Eve...

The one who is still to come

That is because what was One was divided and then is reunited in the end. That is the full trajectory. One putting His own right hand to a task for a time, does not make for two--except among men, who themselves are divided out of God as Eve was divided out of Adam. Do you understand and know...

The one who is still to come

The Trinity is not wrong for a time, but only for eternity.

The one who is still to come

I have explained the matter for you: such divisions (even as One God being two persons) only exist in this world.

    After effects

Because if you have another option you are thinking of, you either "believe" it, or "know" it to be true. Again, only two options. But what are you really trying to say here, that you once believed that life was something more than meets the eye, but it failed you somehow?

The one who is still to come

The is the thinking of men, world talk. If you are not open to thinking differently, we're finished, you're finished. But why would you stop following the full trajectory? Many have, just as it is written.

The one who is still to come

Across the great chasm between heaven and earth there is only One God. It is only when communicating beyond that dividing point that "us", and terms like "Father" and "Son" exist. The divide is the divide of many things revealed of God that are not otherwise divided--like (for example)...

The one who is still to come

This is one of those matters that "rightly dividing the word of truth" is all about. If we mix the terms of men, history, timing, and this world, with much of what is revealed within that context, but is not of that context...there will be confusion. In this case, Revelation 1:8 does not apply...

The one who is still to come

That is true enough according to the times and terms of men, but then according to those same terms, at that time they were One, "us" again. But is that the point of the thread?

The one who is still to come

To be clear..."is still to come" was stated as true in the timeframe of 2,000 years ago.

What, where and what is the Holy Spirit like?

Fair enough. But do keep your ears on--the next wave of revelations is upon us.

How does your life experience inform your theology and doctrines?

Indeed, life experiences play a part in what we will and will not believe. They are foundational....for which Jesus gave the parable of the sower: “Behold, a sower went out to sow. 4 And as he sowed, some seed fell by the wayside; and the birds came and devoured them. 5 Some fell on stony...

What, where and what is the Holy Spirit like?

You have added much--apparently your own rationale for how life and this world operates--but what is missing in your explanation is ultimately more important. Which is: Time, and therefore the universe and this form of life, all has an end.
  14. ScottA

    After effects

"Belief" is just a matter of accepting that there is more to life and this world than meets the eye. In other words, in order to not believe in anything, one would have to be in denial, or know everything there is to know. Which is it for you? There are no other options.

    OSAS from the Gnostics

Thanks for explaining your cherry picking my post and the scriptures. But the name calling, you really need to work on that too.
  16. ScottA

The Bible is not “Gods Word.” It's simply "The Bible."

God calls His word His word, and that it is (Isaiah 55:11), for: "All things were made through Him, and without Him nothing was made that was made" (John 1:3). The thing is, this is all His creation. But as one caught up in the spirit and in His presence, it is my witness that the Bible is a...

    Help with John 12:32

"For many are called, but few are chosen" (Matthew 22:14).
  18. ScottA

    OSAS from the Gnostics

Of course you did not quote or address all of my post--which is the same problem of not factoring in all of scripture, and thus, your doctrine. Then name calling.
  19. ScottA

    OSAS from the Gnostics

Yes, because many are called (or follow in name only) but few are chosen.

    OSAS from the Gnostics

This too is religious nonsense....the result of an equally false doctrine of believing that when one is saved they have not passed from death to life (as if one could pass back and forth)...an equally non-biblical reality. I say "equally" false, because, yes, many believe they are saved and do...
