Will a Third Temple Be Rebuilt?

Well would it be Gods temple? It wouldn’t effect my view at all, my view is more about what exactly is the temple Paul mentioned

The Conundrum of Zechariah Ch. 14

That didn't address my post at all

The Conundrum of Zechariah Ch. 14

And you are claiming that Jesus only reigns because satan is bound. Jesus reigns because He is God not because satan is bound. Satan isn't Gods equal.

The Conundrum of Zechariah Ch. 14

Yes Revelation 20 starts before revelation 19 but I don' believe that the latter part of Revelation is complete as Revelation 20:9

The Conundrum of Zechariah Ch. 14

How about rev 19: 15 Coming out of his mouth is a sharp sword with which to strike down the nations. “He will rule them with an iron scepter This verse states that Jesus will rule with an iron sceptre spoken in a future tense. But scripture tells us what happens at the end of our world 1...

The Conundrum of Zechariah Ch. 14

I totally agree I also never said that for example the thousand years started at the cross & resurrection

The Conundrum of Zechariah Ch. 14

No, I don't believe that revelation is all in chronological order and with my view of Rev 19 rev 20 would be a part of that too but not complete in it. The difference here is that it states that the beast & the false prophet are in the lake of fire before satan so that part is chronological.

The Conundrum of Zechariah Ch. 14

To clarify I don't see Revelation 19's battle as a literal onetime event. I see it as Jesus continually defeating all of His enemies over time with the sword of His mouth, His word which is all powerful and all He needs. For example, this below would have been a separate time to Rev 19, s...

The Conundrum of Zechariah Ch. 14

Yes, but I believe that the bible clearly shows them as separate events. For example, one reason is that satan is not mentioned in the battle of Rev 19, and he in thrown into the lake of fire in the battle of rev 20. Rev 20 shows that the beast and the false prophet were thrown into the lake...

The Conundrum of Zechariah Ch. 14

I do believe that Revelation 20:9 shows literal fire coming down from heaven, but I don't believe that revelation 20:9 is the same events ad Revelation 19:11-21

The Conundrum of Zechariah Ch. 14

You’re welcome and I don’t believe that the birds are literal but symbolic of the curse of death as humans are supposed to eat birds not the other way around

The Conundrum of Zechariah Ch. 14

I totally agree with you its not literal, my point was if literal (as many premils believe) which i should of specified, I believe it actually is symbolic which I have posted many times, but I was addressing a premils post. See post #250.

The Conundrum of Zechariah Ch. 14

How about three judgements one in 70AD, one at the end of our world and the third to each of His enemies when they die. Revelation 19 can't be revelation 20 because revelation 20 has people consumed by fire and revelation 19 has the bodies being eaten by birds Regarding Isiah 24 people and...

The Conundrum of Zechariah Ch. 14

This was my first post below to your post but you must of missed it Davidpt: said (On the surface it sounds reasonable, but does the text in Zechariah 14 agree? I think not. Because if it did you should be able to show how, for example---and the lord my God shall come, and all the saints with...

The Conundrum of Zechariah Ch. 14

Matthew 27 51 At that moment the curtain of the temple was torn in two from top to bottom. The earth shook, the rocks split 52 and the tombs broke open. The bodies of many holy people who had died were raised to life. 53 They came out of the tombs after Jesus’ resurrection and[e] went into the...

The Conundrum of Zechariah Ch. 14

I didn't comment on that part as I was pointing out what took place in the first century to prove my view although the Lord did come with his saints to the Holy City in the first century in Matthew 27:51-53 How do you see verse Zechariah 14:1-2?

The Conundrum of Zechariah Ch. 14

The history of the first century confirms my view The shepherd was struck and the sheep scattered They looked on Jesus when He was pierced and mourned The Holy Spirit poured out and cleansed people from their sins Jesus stood on the mount of olives literal Jerusalem was besieged and taken...

The Conundrum of Zechariah Ch. 14

What I'm trying to show you is that Zechariah 12-14 was set in that day in the first century. These three chapters talk about the literal city and the Holy City the new Jerusalem the church. That how the three chapters make sense. It talks about the events of 70AD and also the protection of...
