Good one! :)

I remember the flooding of some villages after the war...because when I was seven years old, 1949 ...they moved people from them to Greater London...to where we lived in Slough. They'd build big council housing estates for them...and loads of them joined our school . ( I remember so well ...

Subject topping... "These Are The End Times Were in People!! Earthquakes, Pestilence, Famins, Disasters!!" No kidding! Dah! We would never had known if you hadn't told us! And the Good News is...Jesus still saves...and God is still on the throne. And we all have a secure hiding...

@Butterfly Hi Rita. I heard from niece today...it sounds like you have your plate full with problems over there? You can tell me if she is exaggerating or not...she lives up in Manchester. ( what or where is WB , any idea?) This is her email.... < What can I tell you!? Your hair will...

Very true... " Let every man be fully persuaded in his own mind."

Guns aren't going to destroy the world...man is doing a good job of it himself.

Dull and cloudy... but perfect for laying the sod on grand daughters back yard :) Now rain will be a blessing ...it feels more like autumn here than summer. My husbands usually wears shorts all summer...this summer he has only worn them about once a week this year. :(

For your edification...again , your ignorance is showing!! I agree with @Heart2Soul ... I have indeed - "Been there and done that"... ...a person who has the authority of Christ behind them...can as Jesus said -" I by the finger of God cast out devils.." Demons are not DEAF!! They can hear...

Lord, help me to remember You are for me and You are with me. You go before me and Your glory is my rear guard. You, oh Lord, are a shield about me. Help me to rest in You. Amen.

Amen...and so many with that attitude shown in Luke 18, as if only 'they' have the truth and everything locked down perfectly. ie- " The Pharisee stood and prayed thus with himself, God, I thank thee, that I am not as other men are.." I love where it says "prayed with himself, "it obviously...

So you may boast about being 'bible' that you are posting...yet you obviously don't know the verse from Jude 1 that @Heart2Soul was QUOTING from!! = Agree..."even Michael the arch angel didn't shout at the devil when they were wrestling over Moses body. He simply said...The Lord rebuke you...

Thanks...it's a nice bright day here today. And hope the rain stays off one more day. My daughter, son in law, and and Dave are laying sod tomorrow in my grand daughters back yard. Then , if it rains the following day...that will be find for the new sod. :) There is always an upside to...

If you are talking about Aspen...then I can assure you...he is far from lost...and ahead of many....even on this site. I have talked to him at length. Lost no. holds some different views , yes, ...but then again...so do I. :D

Praise God brother...another word...right ON!! :) If this is 'The Word #2 ', I obviously must have miss -'The Word #1' ????:(

Amen. Great testimony. We met a man when we were still in England who was told by the Lord to go to the airport and he would be told where to go. He went there and sat on a seat. A "man" came , sat next to him...opened a newspaper, one of those big full page ones. Written across the page...

I'm not disagreeing...I am just saying that if we , all these years later, are still needing to do so much 'repenting' and confessing, then we are still babes and not coming to the full stature of Christ.... Time for the Church to grow UP!!! Heb 6 "Therefore leaving the principles of the...

Haha! He's a good guy....he is far too left for me...but I count him as a very good old friend. :)

Anything except disarmament.... The only reason the gov wants to disarm is so they have an easy taken-over of the people. Control with no opposition. Obviously we aren't in favour of the far, far right, the white supremacists, and the militia and how they act...but actually they too stand...

Once was enough for me. I could get on at all with his " Surprised by Joy" at all. I found it really hard going.
