Regarding the cameras, I thought the same thing when I heard about them.

    Pray for my Family

Peace brother. The Lord has your back, there is no need to worry about anything. Be it finances, your father's health, or even your father's relationship with Christ. Do you feel lead to share the hope you have in Jesus with your Father?

    POPE'S OFFICE IN THE BIBLE

This is a discussion forum, there is no place here for post and run slander. I would prefer you stay, but if you only intend to post then run you may as well just leave. You most definitely are over-reacting, Stan and many others lost far more posts than you did as a result of the computer...

    Pray for my Family

Lord we know you are sovereign over all things and have displayed this to David through your power over dreams and the rain. I pray that you again display your sovereignty, but over sickness and death. The battle against death has already been won and this healing paid for in full by the...

How to Hear From The Holy Spirit!

I've learned that God does not exclude himself from the two or three witnesses rule. Jesus didn't expect people to believe him only at his word. His word was joined by miracles, angels, prophets, a voice from heaven and many things that work together to prove his ministry is from God. So if a...

    The Doctrine of OSAS

Your concept of the Gospel is Impossible. The spiritually dead are made alive through the baptism of the Holy Spirit. Only those who believe will receive it. Therefore those who are called must be those who are spiritually dead. If they were already alive they wouldn't need to be called.

    The Doctrine of OSAS

I suppose you don't believe people when they say they've seen Jesus then. Its a pity you see the situation in such cut and dry logic, as if the only way he can be seen is if he descends back down from heaven and onto the earth again. Consider that through the Holy Spirit he can appear to some...

    The Doctrine of OSAS

If you want to split hairs in this way you could say no one ever saw anything. They only saw the light that reflected or emenated from something and into their eyes. Your both being intentionally difficult, and I don't see what this tangent has to do with OSAS.

    The Doctrine of OSAS

No and No. Christians are required to believe in Jesus Christ and obey his commandments. His commandments will lead you to surpass the requirements in his Father's commands.

I want to learn God's word

The method that worked well for me was to sit still and read the whole bible in a short period of time. Do not bring any presuppositions, but let the word speak for itself. Let the Spirit reveal the truth to you and show you the scriptural parallels between what your currently reading and what...

Grace or Law...are they really contradictory, or complimentary?

What is greater the spirit that has given the law, or the law itself? The Spirit, of course, is greater than the Law. Why many christians still fixate on the law legalisticly instead of discerning the truth behind it is beyond me. An analogy: (assuming you drive on the right side of the road)...

    The Doctrine of OSAS

Those verses do nothing to disprove pre-destination. There is no evidence that pre-destination and free will are mutually exclusive.

    The Doctrine of OSAS

What is the point? It is to do the will of God that he has ordained for us to do. If you are given the opertunity to share the Gospel with someone, what you do is part of both your destinies. If you let the opertunity slip through your fingers, either someone else will need to do it or it...

    “Faith Sifting Devils!”

I had a dream along these lines recently. The meaning was clear, do not reject the Lord's blessings. They aren't a scarce commodity, they are infinite.

Ideal time theory & the problem of animal death

Welcome to the forum Edmund! I've never heard of the ideal time theory until now. It does seem to have merit, and perhaps it is time to put one of my own thoughts into writing which may help with your paradox: Suppose that before the fall, the world was not bound to the linear progression of...

    Does God kill off believers

Why would the Holy Spirit ever need to be saved himself? More likely this verse concerns the spirit of the man. God, by his omniscience, knew harsh measures were required. So this man must have repented before the end; and he did not lose the Holy Spirit.
