More than mouthing the seemingly right words is required. God looks at the hearts. Is any man able to do that?

God or no one! Eze 33:1 Again the word of the LORD came unto me, saying, Eze 33:2 Son of man, speak to the children of thy people, and say unto them, When I bring the sword upon a land, if the people of the land take a man of their coasts, and set him for their watchman: Eze 33:3 If when...

The following is from my actual testimony: Over 40 years ago, my wife and I were new to an assembly of a particular denomination. Before entering that place I had never in my life read a Bible even though I was 32 years old and, of course, all of the congregation and the pastor knew that. I...

When I was in England for Christmas in 1970, they were in the process of changing over to the decimal system in their currency. Fortunately for foreigners like myself, the merchants were mostly honest folk. I might have been able to deal with the old system or the new one already in place, but...

From where and why are we invited? And why the to the mountain? "As the mountains are round about Jerusalem, so the LORD is round about his people from henceforth even for ever." Psalm 125:2 "I will lift up mine eyes unto the hills, from whence cometh my help. My help cometh from the LORD...

Why is that any of us believe the many fantastic stories written in the Bible? "So when they continued asking him, he lifted up himself, and said unto them, He that is without sin among you, let him first cast a stone at her." John 8:7 "The disciple is not above his master, nor the servant...

Praying!

I did not and I do not! Do you know what the word "supposedly" means?

What does this have to do with my OP, "without hands"?

"Yack" or should it be "yakety yak"

What we need to do... is all that we can with all that we have. Some have a lot of knowledge while others have very little knowledge... Should that not include knowledge of God and the things of God? Consider Jesus words: "But he that knew not, and did commit things worthy of stripes, shall be...
