Does CDC know the exact number of people who die from seasonal flu each year? CDC does not know exactly how many people die from seasonal flu each year. There are several reasons for this. First, states are not required to report individual flu illnesses or deaths among people older than 18...

I don't remember doing that.

I'll take the data from CDC rather than second-hand from WebMD. Believe what you want. And how is 2017/2018 more recent than 2019/2020?

I wasn't using the chart to represent anything other than what it explicitly says. Try to remain calm.

Why don't we stick to content and facts rather than character and personality denigration?

Prove it.

Almost nobody gets this. We're just stewards of anything under our temporal administration. He owns our money, our houses, cars, children. He even owns the stuff we steal (for which God has a very broad definition) from one another. Which means when we steal we're stealing from Him. Sorry for...

I couldn't agree more. :)

We're all His children, but not all sons, so to speak. :)

"Banning conspiracy theories?" It's a definite 1st Amm deal-breaker. People have to be allowed to express themselves as long as it's not truly harmful or obscene. That's my interpretation, anyway.

The only person who tried to twist my arm was my wife. I haven't felt any real pressure either way. Rants on an Internet bulletin board have never constituted harassment to me. Maybe it's just my generational point-of-view as a baby-boomer, but I know where the -OFF- switch is on my devices.

Yeah, I don't get it, either. :)

Buy or don't buy all you like. It ain't the same. And you ought to know better. We wrestle not... But you're a free moral agent. :) When I was a kid, you had to get your shots if you wanted to travel. Nobody was comparing it to the church in the wilderness. You're not the only one with common...

I don't even insist that people not harrass me. I read the part of the Book that says: These things I have spoken unto you, that in me ye might have peace. In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world. (John 16:33)
