Other people's material? Whenever I use someone else 's material I always strive to give credit to the source. My cutting and pasting is mostly from the written scriptures or from my own writings saved to my computer. Perhaps only your direction has been changed with a new destination in mind...

Many people condemn Catholics without really understanding even what the scriptures say and mean: The "fire" is absolutely essential. Is not the fire, God? "For the LORD thy God is a consuming fire, even a jealous God." Deut 4:24 "For our God is a consuming fire." Heb 12:29 "John answered...

Yes, even Paul did not pat himself on the back as he wrote this: "For ye are yet carnal: for whereas there is among you envying, and strife, and divisions, are ye not carnal, and walk as men? For while one saith, I am of Paul; and another, I am of Apollos; are ye not carnal? Who then is Paul...

The place of purging... is it not here and now during this time allotted to each of us to purge and overcome all in us that is not of God? Is this not necessary to become like Him? Did God not provide the means through His Son and the Holy Spirit?

If all of the unsaved dead are already in hell... but not without hope? All of us were there, but Jesus was sent into this place of death, this grave, this hell, this prison of our own sinful ways and he preached to us. Some of us listened and are listening. Some of us have done something right...

I was only half kidding. Sometimes that way, with God's help, may become the Way, if you understand what I mean. Never be too quick to assume someone is wrong or right at that first meeting. Let God show you how it is. I remember in high school where I was small for my age and teased by some...

Already here in hell? Or... are some already here in heaven?

Praying!

Praying with you on this!

LOL... Neither have I! Give God the glory!

Our choice! If we always stay on the Lord's side allowing Him to lead us there is no danger. People, who quench the Spirit, put themselves in danger. Unfortunately, most church groups teach people to quench the Spirit when they insist upon preprepared their prepared sermons and established...

Really? How many people is that? Since the first of this year, I have counted over 200 different members who have posted on this forum. That would mean over 100 taking hold of OSAS. But... does that affect one way or the other what the Truth is? "Enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide is the...

If God's people or if we or you or I, humble ourselves to Him completely and continuously...? Then, we will stop quenching the Spirit? "If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven...

@BarnyFife Sorry, my friend, but do not expect much from me on the political issues. I want to be on God's side. Do we suppose that the Ukraine being apparently the underdog will really seek God in this? Has Russia done so? Do you suppose God would want the USA to intervene militarily in the...

While the seal is in place you would be right, but Paul warns us not to quench the Spirit. When we do, we break the seal and the fruit within is soon spoiled as our covering is gone... Our hearts are exposed to the wiles of the devil.

A man with three arms, right?

Did you count them? I am sorry, but no one ever asked me, nor did I see a poll on that subject.

Please! This a prayer request forum... not a discussion forum. There are forums for that purpose. Take your discussions there.

No. I did something wrong. I will fix it. Thanks!

@My Dreams Also praying for this situation.
