Praying for your family now!

Thank you, sister! God is trying me indeed in this. Unfortunately, the nodule is in a place very hard for them to reach for a biopsy. Without knowing for sure that it is cancerous, they are very hesitant to simply go in and cut it out because of other dangers to me from the procedures...

Thank you, Devin!

While I do appreciate your reply I must say that I am careful on the usage of the word, "literally". It often, I believe, conveys the wrong meaning or a distorted meaning when we are talking about God and the things of God. Without clarification for me it muddies the waters of communication...

Thank you for your kind and encouraging words. I will be seeing you around the forum. I will update here again when I have additional information. Give God the glory!

Yes, the indefinite thing is not so easy to take. Thank you for your continued concern!

Thank you, my friend!

Thank you, sister!

Much appreciated!

Thank you, my friend!

I saw the surgeon today for the biopsy results. The good news is that they were unable to determine that #2 applies. The bad news is that they cannot say for certain that #1 or #3 apply either. The biopsy result was indefinite leaving them still with no real diagnosis. They still don't know what...

Amen! Good to see you on here old friend!

Could it not be that Jesus already had eyes able to see God as in the "then" of the following verse? "For now we see through a glass, darkly; but then face to face: now I know in part; but then shall I know even as also I am known." I Cor. 13:12 The writer speaks of "we", which could include...

@WalterandDebbie Very good post... I enjoyed that. But... let us not forget, that learning alone is not enough! "And though I have the gift of prophecy, and understand all mysteries and all knowledge, and though I have all faith, so that I could remove mountains, but have not love, I am...

Are your questions pointless? To others at times, it may seem so, but how does God see them? Perhaps He puts them, or at least some of them, into your heart to help you consider within yourself where you are at the moment and where you should be. Even if no one, or only few, responds to your...

Praying now for you as well as the father and child.

Really and what about these? "For thou wilt light my candle: the LORD my God will enlighten my darkness" Psalm 18:28 "The eyes of your understanding being enlightened; that ye may know what is the hope of his calling, and what the riches of the glory of his inheritance in the saints," Eph. 1:18

"I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service." Rom 12:1

Thank you for your concern about my health. I leave that in God's able hands. All prayers and encouragements are greatly appreciated. On the tongues... I purposely backed away from that discussion previously as not edifying either one of us. I'll not renew it here. You have said nothing I have...

Yes! Very good and very simple. Most explanations I have heard or given myself were much longer and more complicated... even if ultimately in that simplicity is the totality of it. Let your, yea, be yea and your, nay, be nay! God bless the babies on milk! Or it was biblical but...
